Caribbean Spa New York — Attraction in New York

I can only speak about my experience as a black man. The girls great at the door very rudely and with disgust in comparison to the white customers that get a warm greeting and are asked if they want a drink of water or to use the restroom. I was then told that even though they advertised a 90 minute massage that I could only get an hour because they were busy, Meanwhile it was only 11 am and they had just opened and they had no customers just a bunch of women sitting around. The massage was horrible. I left there with extreme pain in my back, neck, and legs that lasted for days. I told the masseuse that I wanted a soft massage and she pressed down as hard as possible as if she was trying to break bones and didn't even apologize just laughed and told me thanks for coming. Save your money!!!! All I can say is wow. I never asked anyone for extra service. I left because I was in pain. Please stop having people call my number and harrass me. Let's just all move on with our lives and...

I have been to Caribbean spa for several times and their service is great. the office, well kept and clean. the staff are polite and respectful. the masseuse that I have seen the most, she is like a physical therapist. She checks me out first before working on me and addresses the problem areas. She also does a great job stretching me out.

Also, many thanks to the owner, she is always help me having an appointment fitting my time!

Omg. Amazing. I love this place. Is it not only well priced, the place is well clean, it’s decorated beautifully and everyone is so nice and kind. My mother, a friend and I have all been here and even came here twice in one week! They are so attentive and really nice. The massage itself was amazing, her hands felt like warm butter.
