I sent pictures of what style I wanted for my child and it was confirmed she could do it and was told 1 price. I get there let the light skin short woman know I'm leaving my child to I'll be back. They end up doing a completely different style telling my child they cannot do it and she showed the picture but if that was the case then I would have gone else where. Frustrated I try to tell the woman who was doing her hair she has to redo it in the style that was agreed upon. I then get told to wait as they do some other girls hair quickly but my child was there first. You can’t be professional on first visit. Then you gain the customer and then unprofessional on the next visit. Made an appointment with Miriam for Miriam. Arrived on time and the stylist and owner had someone else do my hair. After fitting this into my schedule only time I would be able to do my hair. I had to allow this person to braid my hair and nevertheless the result did not come out well. I will no longer recommend this place or Miriam. I’m unsatisfied.
