My Sunday evening aboard the Classic Harbor Line Champagne & Cheese Pairing Cruise was nothing short of spectacular! The exceptional staff - Shannon, Donna, and Andrew - ensured our journey was as delightful as could be.

Andrew, our charming host for the evening, expertly guided us through a tantalizing array of four exquisite wines and champagnes, perfectly complemented by a delicious cheese plate. His passion for hospitality shone through as he generously poured us extra glasses of the sparkling wines, elevating our experience and our spirits.

From the comfort of our cozy window seats, we savored each sip of bubbly, all while taking in the breathtaking views of the cityscape. The iconic Statue of Liberty stood majestically in the distance, and we even sailed under the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. The opportunity to explore the outdoor decks added an extra layer of excitement to the voyage, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the water and the skyline and truly appreciate the stunning landmarks from a unique perspective.

What truly set this experience apart was the unparalleled level of service provided by the entire staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness knew no bounds, and their willingness to capture our memories with photos was a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Classic Harbor Line Champagne & Cheese Pairing Cruise enough. Whether you're a tourist seeking a unique way to experience the city or a local looking for a memorable evening out, this cruise promises an unforgettable journey. Thank you to Shannon, Donna, Andrew, and the entire team for a truly magical experience - we'll cherish the memories for...

This past June, I did an architecture boat tour with Wendella's on the Chicago river, and was just amazed by the unique perspective of seeing Chicago from the water, as well as learning the rich history of the city by way of its architecture. When my partner & I were planning our recent trip to New York, we wanted to get on the water, but I assumed we'd take Hornblower or Circle Line tour... until we found Classic Harbor Line's architecture tour! Hosted and narrated by a member of the American Institute of Architects New York Chapter, we knew we were in for an informative time.

The Manhattan is a beautiful 80-foot, 1920s-style yacht that offers a much more intimate excursion than the other cruise lines. We had an assigned table, akin to a small restaurant booth, and each ticket comes with a beverage of choice. We opted to upgrade to the beverage package, which included a total of 3 drinks. Boat tours & champagne go hand in hand!

The architecture tour is a "quiet cruise", which means this is not the one to pick if you and your girlies are looking to gab the whole time. One of their holiday or sightseeing tours may be better suited for that. As a fully narrated tour, they request conversations be taken outside on the deck... and it was cold out there! I appreciated this, since we signed up for this tour to hear what our guide had to share. At one point, our table neighbors began to get chatty, and they were quickly reminded of which cruise they were on.

Three hours flew by as we circumnavigated Manhattan in style, and it was the perfect way to start our first full day...

Extremely deceiving when we got there, all the tables had partitions and some were even divided to 1/3. They tried to sit us for in a 1/3 of a table with two plates with four cookies and two chocolates on it. One of our friends was not even able to sit at the table as he had no room. The blonde lady on the boat was extremely rude and condescending embarrassed us in front of everybody by telling us that they did the best they can do as they overbooked the cruise to 70 people. Excuse me? We paid over $500 for this and this is the kind of customer service we get. Then Andrew came, and when we told him that if this was the seating arrangement, then we would rather get a refund he told us that that was what we better do because there was not gonna be any other seating arrangement at this time. We then went to get a refund from Tim he apologized, but didn’t offer anything to make the situation better we were here on vacation from out of town spent over $500 and $80 on an Uber to get there. We booked this months in advance, and we’re excited about the tour .He didn’t make the effort to try to compensate us and that is very disappointing. But it turned out for the best. We had dinner at an amazing Italian restaurant instead with our money don’t recommend take your money elsewhere! This is what you get for over $500 for a party of four a plate with four cookies two chocolates and a piece of a table corner look at the partitions in...
