Here on vacation, so just one visit to draw my opinion. I think this place will do very well based on these observations:
Beautiful and bright space. Clean and rustic and the same time. Very inviting. They worked hard on the space, and it shows.
Coffee was on point, clean rich roast. Nice variety of options. Oat milk...
We ordered a frittata but they were all out. They could have said “sorry, we don’t have anything for breakfast, here is your refund” but instead the Owner (I think) ripped out a killer poached egg toast with bacon, cheese avocado and peppers with a touch of truffle salt. Perfectly done, and a great example of the customer centric mindset needed to succeed.

Read moreRosewolf is awesome! They have the best gluten-free pastries ever. My daughter has celiac disease and constantly asks for their GF funfetti and apple cider donuts and blueberry muffins. You can’t even tell they are gluten free, they are that good. I think they also have vegan options as well. The non-GF pastries are amazing too. Chocolate croissants melt in your mouth. They also recently added breakfast tacos to the menu on certain days which are sooo good. I don’t drink coffee but they do a great matcha latte and if you ever want a good immunity boost, ask for the C bomb! So glad we have Rosewolf in our neighborhood....
Read moreThis place is turning into my home away from home. I'm a freelancer, so I spend a lot of time in coffee shops - this one is PERFECT. The coffee is good, the baked goods are large and delicious (they have vegan and non-vegan options, all excellent), the staff are incredibly nice. The seating area is spacious and comfy - one long communal table, several smaller individual ones (two of which are strategically placed next to electrical outlets), two long couches.
