CTown Fresh Supermarket — Attraction in New York

This C Town supermarket is located on Springfield ave and Hempstead ave where the old Walgreens pharmacy was. It’s great to have another grocery store here since the most popular options are the small bodegas that sell the stalest fruits and veggies. I know C-town tends to sell items that suit their local population. So this is really great! They also have ample parking. You can always use the parking lot of the RiteAid pharmacy behind the supermarket if you were in need. It’s close to the LIRR and a few bus routes. The inside of the supermarket is clean and they’ve got nice fresh produce. The prices are very competitive as well. Some of the items don’t have clear pricing, but there is a price scanner in the back of the store next to the packaged deli meats, so that’s helpful. This is lower/middle class neighborhood and this is the only supermarket in the area the prices are ridiculously high/extremely inflated. They are taking advantage of the community. I suggest people walk up the block and support the little fruit markets, deli's, and butcher shop whose prices are nearly half of everything sold in this C-Town. Also reach out to your local reps. Laslty of course people have an option to shop elswhere but they jack the prices up because they know that elsewhere is...

CHECK for ALL EXPIRATION DATES‼️ on ALL MEATS. Today's Jan. 24th, I went there yesterday for Hotdogs and Turkey wings, the Hotdogs stated USED BY 1/1/25, I took it to the Mgr. he looked surprised, I came back later and they were still on the shelves.
