my fiance and I came here to get some things from the unit. He called them and reserved the van 2 days in advance. Reservation for 1130 am.
issue #1 : Didn't get the van until 1:50pm. Why?
Because the worker was somewhat new. He had to call his manager, Johnathan for help. Took him 1.5 hours to finish everything.
First he didn't see the reservation. Then he did. Then he didn't know how to input information. Speaking of information
Issue #2 they never said what to bring in on the phone. Or that they needed $100 cash not card deposit, or that you need to bring your insurance bc they offer none. Also when you put gas in you need the receipt even if it is full or they will charge you $25 extra dollars. there is one more thing but I'll mention it lower
However good thing I already had everything on the list and an ATM down the street or the day would have been wasted.
Before leaving the manager spoke to us over the phone and said make sure you bring the car back without any extra dents. He mentioned one on the left side ( which wasn't there) . I let him know that he also had a gash above the tire in the paint. I ALSO HAD PHOTOS before even taking the van.
I suggest you take photos as well if you still purchase here. On our end I was so annoyed with the service that I had my fiance take the rest of the stuff out of his unit close his account and now he is renting the same 7x5 size at another facility called snap box for $129 a month and longer facility hours.

Insurance is mandatory to set up an account, I don't understand why it was not mentioned, if it's mandatory just say it. I understand there are different levels of insurance depending on the value of the stored items but it should definitely be mentioned when you are quoted a price. I was in a time crunch and he quickly cleaned out my unit himself and sorted found me a new lock. He called me the following day to assure me everything was in order. The storage facility itself is as one should expect. It was quiet the day I went in and everything felt safe and comfortable.
