While the nail work itself was clean, I was very disappointed to see that the tools and equipment were not properly sanitized between customers. It’s extremely unhygienic and concerning to reuse items without proper cleaning, a serious health risk.

Additionally, the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than on providing attentive service, which made the experience uncomfortable. Another red flag was the unclear pricing. It felt like they were trying to get the most money out of me, adding unexpected charges. Be sure to ask for a detailed price breakdown before your service to avoid being overcharged.

Horrible experience. Very long wait which isn’t a problem if they could’ve honest. Don’t tell a customer 4 mins when it’s 25-30. I needed honest because im paying for a meter. Total disregard for my time and money. I could’ve done something else .
