CubeSmart Self Storage — Attraction in New York

I'm wondering if the positive reviewers have been paid....because my experience has been well short of blissful at TI Storage. Pros: 1. Very clean. Always. The occasional paper on the floor etc. but I have to say that almost always this facility is well maintained. (bathroom is the exception to this rule) The space is climate controlled, there is a good amount of parking space available so that you can easily load and offload things. Cons : 1. Terrible staff experiences. Heather, Wendy (who was initially nice and then wasn't), Juan......have been on many occasions rude, doing a shoddy job etc...and they just seem to shuffle them around locations. The new Managers Robert and Rose appear to be trying to make things better. Not enough ladders. The ladders are heavy and often I have to wait because there are too few ladders and people just sit on the ladders for hours.....hoarding ladders. Lack of honesty in pricing - I initially started on a promotion, but, it was not explained to me that my monthly fee would jump 33 % without warning after a few months!! And for the limited services being offered, and for the reasons mentioned above, I really feel that 33% hike was...

I was in this dealer and I never take prevention because it's the good dealer but now when I check my wheels I have two wheels lock because I'm leaving New York I have Highlander 2021 and I put extra lock in my wheels what happened I don't know what did they do with my extra wheel lock they replace my wheel locks and they put the new knock in my rings so now I have only the original lock only are they say I don't know what happened but I know what happened they only happen yes I never will go again 2 Westbury Toyota dealer by the way I never visited auto dealer or wheel repair only Westbury Toyota am I Highlander have only 12,000 MI I never go again in this dealer because in the beginning just one I buy this Highlander financing the sale person don't want to mention the name but she share my information with the other people because they are my family and now they know my situation my financial situation and I put the complaint and they never do nothing forget about it with...

Female customer service sucks so bad and misleading. Best to figure it out yourself, especially when its your first time using storage. The guys are not so bad. Besides from that woman. the location "Ozone park" I gave a 4 star because it is convenient, clean and the guys are courteous and helpful. 7/5/18. Getting to know people is not knowing them the first time. After a few months of using. I have to start moving my stuff.

On more than one occasions where I could not use the bathroom which is always dirty anyways. lied to, The list goes on and on. I am sending back that $25.00 gift card I had gave away Not worth it.

For those who is not there on a daily basis to see what customers had to go through. I remember this old lady talking to that duck guy and he just walked away ignoring her. "They are so rude" she said. I got 2 more storages and i got to get out of THERE soon.
