Had 3 different vehicles with them each one if them had serious issues .. these related issues are with their electric fleet .. Kia Niro ( doesn’t matter what year I’ve tried what they have ) … the first one was damaged inside n out .. n had a foul smell like it’s been flooded or water damage .. the second one had front suspension issues in a dented rim .. electrical issues with warning lights appearing off n on ( electrical issues happen when it rains .. something must be getting wet ) .. the third one has some cosmetic damage but ok enough for looks but battery life only gives you 209-213 of range ( the first two actually had 20 miles more of range for some odd reason ..( when using A/C it brings it down to 190 of range ) .. which in reality isn’t that much at all .. your going to need 50 miles for urself just to find a charger .. electric charging stations are very limited in nyc .. once you find one ur most likely waiting for a hour just to get on one .. Once you on a charger the vehicle takes 120 mins to charge to 80% ( 100 % charge takes 2 hours ) … reminding you that your only getting 209 miles of range ( using the A/C will make the battery drop to 190 I promise you) .. that’s time consuming.. you won’t be able to do long distance trips .. prob just one .. when your on the highway the battery drains at speeds over 45 .. on top of other uses .. Now charging prices to help out future people interested in what savings are there well I could tell you not much ! 35 dollars for 90% charge starting from a 20% battery during the day .. after 7pm it’s 25 - 30 dollars .. n after 12am to 3am is when you really have a deal it’s about 10 to 15 dollars for a 90% charge.. You will have to charge like 2- 3 times a day especially in the summer ! just remember what I stated above and put it all together .. the price may look nice but to a driver that’s been driving for some time meaning years I mean your taking a heavy loss in profit .. stick with gas cars to do longer distance trips n save you TIME n MONEY ! Plus they don’t offer test drives which tells you something .. the staff inside is nice tho n helpful .. but any customer service issues you might have n wanted to call they don’t answer .. n text messages they respond but takes forever .. and Please All Drivers Check Your EZPASS statements!! I have a tag n been using it linking the plates to it n the company charges you n ezpass will charge you on ur tag leading double tolling !!! I’ve asked for statements from Drive Sally n no respond ( remember they don’t answer phone calls ) n their ezpass fees are HIGH !! N the cars are dirty n wont come clean or charge (2 of 3 cars were terrible!) .. My overall experience is a 2 of 5 stars ! N will post my review on other websites so the people know what they...

Read moreI've currently filed a complaint with the BBB against the branch in Phoenix (Gilbert), however, I think court proceedings will be following. I've been renting a 2024 KIA Soul since February making a weekly payment of $460 (late fee included) since I'm late every week but I pay the late fee. I've been splitting the payments in two one on Mondays and the other on Wednesdays except for last week they were demanding the other payment on Tuesday and deactivated the vehicle on Wednesday morning because I hadn't paid the remaining balance of $239 when I asked to pay later on in the day after I completed my reservations for Uber (the vehicle is used for rideshare, how I make a living), I was denied, yet this is how I have been paying them since February now all of a sudden things are written in stone. I don't know about the other branches but Drive Sally in Gilbert, AZ is crooked and I will be seeing them in court for discrimination because that's what it really is. In the meantime, there deactivated vehicle is still on my property! Not to mention, they've started acting a complete butt at the beginning of the month (April) when ALL my bills are due! After making over $4,000 off of me and NO FILED ACCIDENT/INCIDENT claims this is the appreciation I receive. Such great...
