The Big Brunch led me to try Danielle’s scones, and I can only imagine how amazing they must taste fresh from her bakery.

I ordered the Gnomie Favorites Package, which included six "Everything" Buttermilk Biscuits. These biscuits are unbelievably good—both the texture and flavor are outstanding. After just one bite, I was craving more and ended up eating three in one day, no shame. I’d rather have these delivered to my house than buy canned biscuits for biscuits and gravy any day. I even considered hosting gatherings just to share her incredible baked goods. If she ever comes up with a gluten-free biscuit recipe, I know many people would love it.

Everything we tried was fantastic. I baked my items a bit longer for a crispier texture, and they turned out amazing. While I may not order frequently, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer at least once a year and spread the word about her delicious baked goods. I might even suggest placing an order at my workplace.

The service was also amazing. I mistakenly thought my order would be delivered on the same day I placed it—totally my error. Despite this, Danielle herself offered a discount for my next order. It was a very kind gesture, showing she truly cares about...

They don’t make humans like Chef Danielle Sepsy and her team. Danielle is just one of those badass baking angels on earth who is one of the most humble, kind, generous, talented, and welcoming people I’ve had the joy of meeting. That is all the more evident in her bakes and the outstanding professionalism and dedication of her team. You can taste the love (and butter, as she says!) in everything she makes. My absolute favorites are her rosemary honey biscuits, chocolate chip scones, and her cheddar chive scones. The warehouse is a well oiled machine and if you can, local pickup is worth it if not for the smell and buzz alone! Everything is expertly packed with clear instructions on how to reheat/freeze if needed. I’ve also ordered delivery in a pinch and everything came as if I picked it up - absolutely perfect. If Danielle is there she will make your day with just the warmest welcome. I’ve also attended a James Beard Foundation Brunch pop up of hers - if you ever have the chance to taste Danielle’s cooking/bakes, DO IT. It’s truly once in a lifetime. I have been ordering from The Hungry Gnome for several years - long before all the TV appearances, long before all the talk shows, and even before the HBO hit - The Big Brunch. I have always loved the amazing variety of baked goods from the scones to the biscuits and eventually the cookies and Nutella Banana bread and more. They are so tasty - I have sent them to countless friends as Thank you gifts, congratulations gifts, for birthdays, ahead of arriving at a party and housewarmings.
