East 110th Street Playground — Attraction in New York

Versatile playground for kids up to 14. Renovated in the fall of 2013. Layout consists of four sections: water section with automated sprinkler, wooden climbing section with a slide, monkey bars, wood columns and a bridge, a tire swing section with three hanging tires and finally a swing section with six big kid swings, plus a high-backed swing for children with special needs. Very nice playground, better suited for older kids (4/5+).

The place is divided in several sections, the first one with some really cool sprinklers, the second one with an amazing wooden structure to climb and play and the last two with swings.

The place seems to be recently renovated, with nice soft floor and in pretty good shape overall.

Big and versatile playground with swings, tire swings, sprinklers, a small area for ball playing etc. Restroom right outside is a plus. The only problem is that it can get very crowded with teenagers playing ball or taking over without much care for the little kids.
