all day waiting and calling after their driver claimed to have attempted delivery, despite not having rung a bell or knocked on a door. didn't even get a door tag proving he was there. Seems like the driver was more concerned with skipping some deliveries in order to complete his run faster. and customer support only concerned with covering up their colossal mismanagement.
a few questions for customer support/dispatchers: in an age of gps, cell towers, and the like, how can you have no idea where your driver is? also in this day and age, how can you not have any means of contacting your drivers? why would a driver not be equipped with a phone, like most responsible delivery services, to contact a customer in case of emergency or difficulty in delivery? why, if i pay for delivery service, am i immediately informed of my option to pick up? is this a courier service or no? why lie to a customer about an impending redelivery just to keep from hearing their complaints? wouldn't it make more sense to improve your services? does anybody pay attention to these reviews? obviously there's a serious problem with this delivery service. why isn't there an option for zero or negative stars?
Had no choice but to deal with them because for some reason, corporations choose them to ship items. but apparently, neither amazon nor canon really cares if a customer receives their product because fedex, particularly this facility, routinely arranges it so that a package doesn't get delivered so that customers have to hoof it to their facility for pick up.
and i still have no idea when i'll receive my package. nor will i be around for their third and final delivery attempt.
thanks for...
Read moreI wish you could give 0 or negative stars. Whoever runs this facility should be FIRED. The quality of service is absolutely ABYSMAL. If you read the reviews, you'll see that customers regularly complain about this facility and its drivers making fake delivery attempts and then fraudulently marking packages as delivered. The same happened to me. FedEx was supposedly unable to deliver two of my packages as I supposedly wasn't available. One of these packages was even marked as delivered and even signed by me (yeah, these people have no shame). This is absolutely FALSE. I was at home on all of those days and can attest that there were no delivery attempts made. No one rang my apartment; there were no door tags left in my lobby. I also have security cameras in my building that activate when someone rings my apartment or is in the lobby.
When I called the customer service they opened an investigation to track my package, even though the associate I've spoken with has told me that I can pick-up the package that was marked as "delivered" from this FedEx location. How could the package be delivered and marked as signed by me, when it's still at the FedEx location?! No matter how many times I called and complained to the FedEx customer service, they couldn't offer any meaningful updates - I'm told that they repeatedly followed up with the manager at this FedEx location, who wouldn't get back to them. That person simply doesn't care and there are absolutely no consequences for them for faking delivery attempts and marking packages as delivered when they are actually not. It's frankly mindboggling that something like this could...
Read moreThis is the worst FedEx I've ever been too. If they don't deliver your package they send your package here. Do not show up at 8pm. Show up at 8:57pm and then they'll get your package. Before then you will not get your package. It's completely ridiculous FedEx has this center this way. This would not happen in Manhattan. You know why? Because this FedEx services minority areas. They have no respect for people's time. And they will not even have the courtesy to tell you that you have to wait over an hour to pick up a package they should have delivered. What a joke. Update: still trash. They never deliver and they lie. I have cameras to prove they don't deliver and they force you to come and sit there for two hours.
2024 update Surprise surprise. This place STILL SUCKS. Why isn't there a line solely for people who have prepaid labels? Manhattan FedEx has a place where you can scan your label and drop your package off. But no, not this place. There's a ridiculous line with everyone upset because there are only two people working and of course they take their precious time and both have attitudes. Just close this place down already. It's my fault for returning. I'll go to Long Island where they actually have some sense
Update::: FedEx still playing the game of not delivering packages and forcing you to go to this ship center where they never have your package ready. DO NOT GO if they tell you it's available until 10 mins...
