I bought some chicken here, believing that Fine Fare properly inspects its meats and food items. This is a cesspool of mold, bacteria, etc. My dog had such bad diarrhea and was in bad shape. Her stool was dark brown and very loose. We are taking good care of it, and I will never revisit this supermarket. The health department needs to close it down until they show care for food and the community. A bacterial infection is severe. It nearly killed my dog. Irate customer!

The worst price gouging I've seen in a East Harlem supermarket, no care for the people that live in this area only for a profit!! No way they care for the customers!!! Never mind there racist!! Check your meats while in the store most of the time there spoiled. Who wants to buy old pork sausage?? They put there price tag over the company expectation date!!! I've talked to them about it several times and they still sell meats like this!

Since always this supermarket has been expensive. Now that we are in a pandemic they have NOTHING on sale, and are price gouging. How is this a super sale? Wish I can write 0 stars. You are better off going to Target or a different supermarket. The meat sauce is super expensive, canned goods, and most important the MEAT!!

I buy milk here that according to the expiration date it's not expired but when I get home and try to use some to dip in my Oreos the milk smells like rotten cheese. This is the 3rd time I bought spoiled milk that according to the date wasn't expired and then when I go back to exchange it I get an attitude like I did something wrong by trying to change something I paid for. Also the fruit there (mangos, pineapple and watermelon the ones cut up and put in a container) they are sour and not ready to eat. I buy meat here sometimes and it smells spoiled. Very overpriced and one of the female cashier that just recently started working there is very rude. Also when you buy veggies and fruits they just throw everything in the bag with all the other can groceries. By the time I'm home like half a block from fine fare my fruits and veggies get bruised. People who work there need to get educated on how to work in customer service and learn how to bag things correctly and stop being so cheap and rude to customers. If us customers don't shop there then there wouldn't be a finefare so treat all customers with respect.

Today may 31st 7:50 pm I went to this fine fare (that I been coming to for the past 5+ years) treated me like I'm some thief. I always bring a bag with me and today they was acting like I had to leave my bag in the front with my electric bike. I am not going to this finefare again they don't care about there customers always have a attitude and treat us like thieves following customers around. 😒 🙄 I ended up going to third Ave and I kept my bag on me and was treated like I was a...

Didn’t like the service or explanation given. I went to go buy some milk (fat free to be precise). I saw the photo and bought a gallon. I got charged 3.99 instead, and when I asked why if the sign said 2.88, they told me it was only for whole milk. I told them that their sign needed to be more clear about that, since it didn’t state that it was only that price for whole milk (note only the brand is mentioned and size). Some guy, who I’m guessing was the manager, told me that it said so in the weekly circular so I should’ve checked there. I told him not everyone checks the weekly circular, so they need to make sure their sign and circular ads match. Never going back - I’d rather walk to the Cherry Valley in 115 - better pricing and way...

Luis the manager says that he never recycled bottles for me over the years which is a complete lie. He says that this supermarket does not take any bottles for recycle which is also a lie according to another manager from another shift. I am assuming he has something against me and therefore is trying to oppress me in my own neighborhood. He also did it on time with the wic when I showed him the wic manual and he explained that he was withholding certain items I was qualified to receive all to protect his boss's expenses. Another form of oppresion. I am a single parent teying to exercise my rights and luis is standing in the...
