Willis Avenue Swing Bridge — Attraction in New York

Well, I managed to cross from one side to the other with no issues, on a Citibike. As other people have noted, during the day time, it seems to be fairly ok. I have heard that at night it might be more questionable.

How am I supposed to rate a bridge? It crosses over something, in this case the Harlem River on the east side of Manhattan. In fact, it's one of the few bridges that don't charge tolls (at this time anyway, 2024).
