Spent over $70 Christmas shopping bought my son headphones that upon opening didn't work. Brought them back to the store to simply exchange and somehow lost my receipt on the way. Tried to explain that and they refused to exchange. I had to buy a new set. Security guard was extremely nasty. Will NEVER shop here ever again.

Had a great time at Five Below! Visited with my friends and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff as soon as we entered the store. Prices were reasonable, and there were so many choices to explore. Definitely recommend checking it out!

When arriving to this location today, I quickly left out. When walking in, the security guard asked me for my bags. I easily gave him my reusable shopping bags because hell, I wanted a break from them. Who doesn't! I however did not give him my personal bag that held my personal items. Not that the size matters because it was my personal bag, BUT it wasn't even close to the size of a tote! The dread head security guard with a burgundy durag and glasses suggested that I take MY personal items out of my bag and carry them. The "officer" continued with if I didn't COMPLY, he in fact would check my bag when I leave! Is this neighborhood being rebuilt for the people that have been in it for years or outsiders? Yes, unfortunately some people steal but you can't judge that off of the demographics of a neighborhood! I've been to many five belows as I like to check out the different locations and I've never seen a bag check! I've been in neighborhoods that some may deem "wealthy" and I never seen a bag check! I shop at high end stores and what's a bag check ??? I went in the store with intentions on purchasing something but what if I didn't see anything, and decided to leave? The security guard can check my bag as if I'm one of their workers going home at the end of their shift ???? Absolutely NOT !! Just because there is a specific race or two in a neighborhood, that does not mean hire people of those races. Hire people who have customer service, actually like/love their job, and is not just there for the check alone. Stop setting our people up to treat us differently!!!...

Wow. This place is one stop shop. I would recommend it to every one. I have been consistently impressed by the level of professionalism, efficiency and dedication demonstrated by Mr. Sultan and his staff. Allow me to highlight few key aspects that makes my experience remarkable. Customer- Centric Approach Prompt and Transparent Communication Comprehensive coverage and competitive Pricing Efficient Claims Processing Professional and Knowledgeable staff Based on my overall experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend Transworld Inc to friends, families and colleagues seeking insurances coverage. Your commitment to exceptional services, attention to detail, and genuine care for your customers are truly commendable.

They now make you leave your bags in the front of the store. Like personal bags, which I don’t like. But not everyone. I saw some people with large bags in the store. I understand this is an anti theft policy but it seems ridiculous that this only happens in one store. The story isn’t very organized, it’s such a shame they should just close this location down the one in forest hills is way nicer and cleaner. There needs to be some clear sign that shows that they are now responsible for any items you leave at the front, and if any thing happens to your items under the stores watch they will be held liable. Honestly they probably will shut down soon especially considering...
