Its sad to say that my experience was HORRIBLE!! Yesterday around 12-12:30pm i went to this golden crust to get a small curry goat which was uncooked and VERY RED! I did not see how uncooked the food was until i made it back to work down the block, i even asked MULTIPLE PEOPLE THEIR OPINION AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM SAID THE CURRY GOAT WAS UNCOOKED..I walked back to golden crust and i respecfully asked if i can get a different meat and just pay the difference because i am pregnant and i cant risk eating uncooked meats. THE SUPERVISOR STARTED ARGUING WITH ME ABOUT HOW THE FOOD WAS COOKED AND I RESPECTFULLY TOLD HER THAT MAY BE HER PREFERENCE BUT I CANT EAT THAT. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK THEN SHE STATED, “nobody needs your money” AND SHE STARTED YELLING AT ME, BEING PETTY ASKING FOR MY RECEIPT, INVOLVING OTHER CUSTOMERS INTO THE SITUATION WHICH WAS HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE ESPECIALLY FROM SOMEONE WHO CALLS THEMSELVES A “SUPERVISOR. Read moreI just left this Golden Krust and I had a horrible experience. I was in there for merely 30 seconds hlwever within this 30 seconds alot went down. The staff was awesome however not a smile on none of their faces..(which I blame their managers horrible work attitude for this) the manager who was cleaning the floor with NO GLOVES had a huge issue with how slow the guy behind the counter was putting my patty together. She yells at him infront of a full restaurant to "hurry up" but like lady thats not how you talk to people and treat YOUR staff that break their back everyday while you sit in a ac room still somehow being miserable. I'm in my car now, feeling bad for the workers and ready to eat my patty. Now why in the world was there LITERALLY A PIECE OF IDEK WHAT THIS IS in my coco bread and patty. How hard is it to just put a bun and a patty together? Why are you constantly yelling at your staff? Go yell at your kids. On multiple occasion I have been here due to convenience, not by a choice and its the same disrespectful and slow service every time and its not even by the staff its the loud mouth "manager" .She lashes out on her patrons when she's under pressure and under staff which is unacceptable. If you can't handle a management role please step down. She's jovial when she feel like and its mostly with men patrons… they're able to skip the line. Nothing professional about her. There's no reason why I know she's 50 something struggling in the dating scene or struggle with the store light bill .. she nice when she's in a good mood other wise she's rude and nasty when things are not running smooth which has nothing to do with her paying customers.
