Today is June 30th, 2025. Jollibee crews are very irresponsible and not doing their job well. The service is horrible. I called 10 times to let them know that there is 1meal is missing in my order which is the 3 pc of burger steak and I paid $15 for that. I canât get hold of them. Itâs horrible service! I want my money back since I canât get hold of them to redeliver my missing meal. You guys really pissed me off. This is not acceptable!!!! I missed my meal and I lost my $15 for nothing. You ruined my day! Very irresponsible!!!!!!

   Read moreA new addition to Jamaica Ave, the smell of the food intoxicates you as soon as you walk through the door. The place has a good amount of seating, well ventilated and kept very clean. My food came out relatively quick and the staff are friendly! Update 12/28/22: I had put in an order around 6-7pm last night and I am not sure if the cashier's name was Anna or not but this cashier was very disrespectful of my time. While she is taking my order she is on her phone taking loads of photos at the register with another employee who was serving the food to the customers. I asked for my receipt and I was told I was short of a couple of cents, fine no problem, I asked to pay alternatively and she continues to waste my time by taking a bunch of photos with that same employee with her phone on the register. I have never seen a staff member dismissive of a customers time while there are about 10 people behind you waiting to order. She can wait to take photos of her favorite employee ANY OTHER TIME.    Read moreI love Jollibee food donât get me wrong! But the customer service, the order and manner in which they do things looks so overwhelming for them! Iâm standing one spot 26 mins actively waiting to see so many people getting their orders before myself. Even tho I asked two times previously (making myself present). Too see them eventually by passing my order the tray sitting around the employee putting others around my own to bag rather than pushing forward previous tray. Around 3/4 time I asked another. He said they were waiting on chicken not like I wasnât standing there so long to see the batch of chicken almost sold out. They kinda mix up the drinks now. No pineapple juice left at front I see him back and forth running around with a cup. Mind you I saw like 6 juices filled before the container finished and every one they fill I was thinking itâs my own đ„șđ but anyway.
Please pay attention I understand our jobs are tedious at times and gets crazy or overwhelming, but also think about the person. Who maybe didnât eat all day, working all day, taking it for someone etc⊠itâs more thought...
