Ordered $133.00 worth of Nestle Crunch Bars (full size) to hand out to kids at trick or treat. Instead they send 3 boxes of Snickers candy bar. I ordered the Nestle bars because they do not contain nuts. A lot of kids these days have peanut allergies and I don't want to be the one to blame for sending them into shock. I tried contacting them to return them but keep on getting the message ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE with no way to explain. I was shocked to see the “star” rating for this company. I have used them for 19 years. 6 very large weddings and 2 smaller wedding orders. One time I had some hydrangeas arrive wilted. Most perked up after they were quickly placed in water. I called Global Wholesale and they quoted me a price they refund me. Very nice and very professional. This was one time in probably different 10 orders. Either no one brags on them or a lot of ppl falsely gives them a bad reviews. I refuse to believe the low ratings.
