I’ve been coming here for 3+ years. It has since changed from when I went as a kid. The wood chips and weak fences are gone. There is a water station for the pups. The only major problem is since 2 years ago, they have removed our trash cans and never replaced it. It’s extremely frustrating now that we only have a garbage bag tethered to the fence and volunteers are usually the ones who replace it and take it outside of the gate for the park to clean up. Every year the gravel should be changed and refilled but they neglect to do it every time. It’s a good park and everyone always engages with one another. The problem I would say is how it lacks shaded areas during the summer or how small and popular the park is. Read moreAn incredible park for many outdoor activities. There is a basketball section with 4 hoops. A wall-ball section i dont know the formal name to the game. A George Washington Bridge play ground for kids to enjoy. Known for it's dog park and looped joggers pavement. Great chess master who play outside during warm weather and inside the community center during cool weather.
Best part about this park is the overlook terrace of the George Washington Bridge for stunning pictures.

FYI, I was seated specifically on a bench near a tree, underneath the wooded area, INSIDE THE DOG PARK around 6:00 PM. I also briefly looped the park with the dog before leaving.
