She is kind and starts the class focusing on empowerment and positivity. Dana works safely with my conditions and also challenges me in every class. At first we started with chair and a mini-ball only, and slowly progressed to standing, steps, and an agility ladder, using weights and resistance bands as well. Dana has helped me tremendously improve my balance and sit-to-stand, but also to improve my mindset. I used to complain throughout each session, and my endurance was low.
