Vanderbilt Motor Parkway — Attraction in New York

It's a beautiful walk away from the busy streets. Needs lighting for evening strolls. Part of the walk is closed off (between Springfield and Winchester) for x reason but there's openings in the fence to get around that; no notice as to WHY it's closed either, at least on the Springfield side.
