The customer service here was absolutely horrific horrible mean obnoxious offensive disgusting horrendous. I found this store via a Google search for an item I needed and couldn't have been happier with the customer service. I would want to order from them again. During a holiday season, they immediately checked for what I needed, got it packed and shipped to me overnight. They communicated well and the pricing was very fair. The box arrived on time and in good condition. They greatly enhanced our holiday experience. If I lived in the area I'd definitely want to stop by and shop...

They have service... that they do you a favor by even entering the store... I don't usually write reviews, but this was unbearable. People like them need to lose, to speak to people in respectful language. sorry. I shop there quite a bit... but from now on I'll go check out other stores in Kingston before I go into a place like this out...
