Terrible service!!! This business is garbage at best. 2 times I ordered on Saturday night for a big crowd and spent a lot of money. Both times my order never printed in the store and I had to go in after 3 hours to get them to find the lost order. Last night I called 12 times all which went unanswered. Last time this happened they stated there’s something wrong with the phones and they will fix it. They did not. So last night I sent a friend 3 hrs later and they found the lost order. They did not have a delivery person anymore so they found 2 teenage girls to bring it which is insane. They offered me free French fries! I rejected the offer and asked for a full refund. They ended up sending me an extra pie I didn’t need. I called back today to work it out and told them they can have their pie back since it wasn’t touched. They did not want to hear it and hung up on me. I’m sick of their poor service and definitely...

Dated looks; cutting edge pricing.

You're gonna pay to play, but it's an ok, no frills pizza. And they are open late (seasonal).

I didn't care much for anything else on the menu, other than the fries.

Side note: They have pizzas "on backup" (baked, boxed and ready to go) on top of the oven. This certainly helps their online delivery service and cuts wait times in half. But if you want that freshly baked pie, you're gonna have to wait, or you won't get it altogether. When I ordered a pie and asked for a fresh one, the server handed me a "backup" one and said, take it or leave it. Sorry. That's a no-no.

Cashiers keep changing, so your experience will vary based on who's there at the time.

I keep going back because it's not a bad pizza, and it's local, and sometimes it does hit the spot.

I'd give this place a full five stars if they can justify their prices with a clean and presentable atmosphere, and...

Possibly the worst and most horrible dining experience I’ve had in my life. Extremely loud customers, bad lighting, rude and disorganized staff ( the guy in the back was extremely rude and needs to learn how to speak to customers politely), outdated prices that are displayed above the cash. This place is a hot mess, dirty and doesn’t look like it has been cleaned since the 90s. These are all the things we observed during our 40 minute wait for ONE slice of pizza for a very hungry toddler that in the end she didn’t touch because she ate a tuna melt while waiting. Worst was that people who came in and ordered after us were served before us. The people at the table next to us ordered right after us, they finished eating while we were still waiting for our food. Never again. Never Ever Again!!! Ironically, one of the best pizzas we ever had is two blocks down and...

We had to wait over an hour for our pizza which was of inferior quality to nearby establishments. We went there for the convenience of the location but it turned out to be a poor choice as the wait was horrendous as well as the quality of the actual food. It would have been faster and more convenient to go to a further establishment as we would have gotten our food earlier and it would have been a better taste.

There was very little tomato sauce on the pizza. The cheese tasted low quality. With lots of garlic/pepper/oregano, it wasn’t *bad*. If this were a non-kosher place I’d have given it 2 stars, but it’s a kosher place: it’s about what I expected (it reminded me of the pizza I used to get growing up). As others have mentioned, the tables are not regularly cleaned.
