I’ve been coming to this location for over 5 years and I never decided to make a review. You are the only Mr wish I love going to out of all the locations. The drinks are always spot on. It’s a craving of mine all the time. My top two drinks are of course the Bubble Tea and The Apple Tea with Fresh Pulp. I go here so often the young man already knows my orders. They’re polite and very welcoming. We always enjoy coming here our whole family does. If it were up to me I’d be here every day it’s just so good and refreshing! We also recommend The Black Tiger Milk & The Peach Tea all these drinks in a large of course. The only thing I recommend from the Mr wish chain is to get into catering cause I’d have them for every event. Best Bubble Tea in Queens!! I say that with so much passion better yet BEST BOBA!!

Workers are extremely lazy. I called in an order so that I could pick it up they refuse to even claiming their closing in the next 30 minutes seems they just didn’t want to because their leaving early The business closes at 9:30 PM. I got there at 9:27 PM just to see the workers closing the doors early and leaving in this white Tesla model Y ( if they would’ve took my order over the phone I would’ve prepaid the order and jus had to pick it up ) i’m pretty sure I spoke to the new guy on the phone. He’s a Lightskin Asian guy very skinny. I remember coming there for Christmas and he was complaining that he had to work on Christmas and that he did not get no bonus paid because it was a family owned business. . They need to work until 930 when the business closes.

Best bubble tea spot hands down. Sure, the prices are a tad higher than other places but the quality and freshness is worth every cent. Came in after a movie from the theatre across the street for the first time and the staff were very helpful by breaking down the menu. I ordered the apple and lemon babo (very fresh and refreshing) while my friend ordered the mango and passion fruit babo (sweeter but not cloying). Best part of the locale is the cleanliness plus enough seating. I pledge my loyalty after the first sip

I didn't have a pleasant experience with this place. First off, the phone number that is listed on Google keeps ringing, and there is absolutely no answer. I wanted to make an order for my class, and since it was a big one, I needed to place it over the phone first and simply pick it up because it was in the middle of a workday. I, along with another 2 teachers, called them at different times throughout the day more than 10 times, and no one ever answered the phone. I had to go and make the order there and I asked the blond haired girl there, why don't you guys answer the phone? She doesn't speak English and has a serious language barrier. But when she gave me the phone I did see missed calls on the screen but for some reason, it just doesn't ring. Her reaction was fishy because she kept telling me to hold on, and she kneeled under the counter, doing something with the phone dialing numbers or playing in the settings. I can't be unfair, but her actions and communication skills were definitely fishy and insincere. Then I wanted to order Taro, and she pretend to not know what Taro was! I asked her if she was new in the business, especially that my friend ordered Taro from there before and she was like: no I work here for 5 years. So, you work in the bubble tea business and don't know what Taro is?? She was like we only have what's in the menu. After placing my order, I was looking through the menu, and, Surprise Surprise, there was Taro in the menu! When I mentioned that they do serve Taro, she changed her" I don't know what Taro is" to "oh, Mr. Wish is a franchise, and we don't serve Taro in this branch." So, you do know what Taro is after all! Fast forward..my order was ready and I had to make several trips to carry everything to the car, and as I was picking the last 2 bags I noticed she took 2 of the orders from the cup fiber carrier and stuffed the drinks lose in only one bag to save herself one cup carrier. Seriously?? I spend all that money in your store, and you sneakingly take the cups out of the carrier while I am taking the bags out to save it, thinking that I will not notice? This place was better last year, though. The guy who made my order last year was amazing and generous. Not sure whether they changed the management or just hired...
