Overall Great place, smaller then expected but i actually appreciated that it wasnt to overwhelming like other bounce/arcade places. Arcade games a bit pricey for each game, wish they had more games very childish arcade games not for anyone over 8. But if you get the largest package it involves everything, bounce, laser tag, motion ride, ballocity, plus some game tokens for young kids. My son really enjoyed it for his 5th birthday. Especially laser tag, that's the only thing I expected it was bigger maybe a second flood like Iplay America has. My family loves laser tag so I say 5 stars for the laser tag. The man who was in charge of it was great, and friendly and honestly the only friendly staff member we encountered. Not sure if I'd go back but had a decent experience, most importantly my son enjoyed himself.
As for the Front Desk staff they are not friendly and not at all attentive to customers or their needs. For one I stood on what I thought was a line for 15 minutes as the 2 women behind the counter chatted about there personal life before being told this is not a line, and one girl walked away very rude!. So i went to the entrance line maybe a few feet from them and the other girl walked up like nothing happened. I asked for 4 waters she placed 4 tiny cups with water from the soda machine on the counter. I asked for cups lids for my son she said she cant use those cups for water only soda. I then asked for water bottles because that wasnt what I expected nor wanted, and was told I must go outside to a vending machine to purchase water they dont sell any there. Annoyed hot and thirsty from laser tag I attempted to grab the cups and bring them to seating area the women told me no you cant leave from here with it. So she expected me and my family to stand at the counter sip the 2 sips each cup contained right in front of her. I found it completely ridiculous especially in this environment of jumping, running, playing, keeping hydrated is necessary and its inconvenient for families to not have easier access to it. Staff could have been friendly about it. Truly not the best customer service, I'd suggest bringing your own water. And probably eat out the food...
Read moreMy kids have been requesting to go here for awhile. I was hoping the experience was going to be amazing unfortunately it was the worst experience compared to another place I've reviewed in the past. I unfortunately had to step out for a bit and leave the kids with my other half. However when I got back they were inside the first bounce room and soon going to go to second room. I'm not even sure why I am calling them rooms; it's basically two playpens divided by fencing and a small space in the middle where you can't get through bc parents are standing there and attempting to push their kids thru the fencing. As soon as I saw the amount of kids coming into the second room I immediately attempted to locate my kids to leave; as I was looking a lil girl unfortunately was so sick she vomited all over herself then sat in her vomit while her mother's whereabouts were unknown... I knew my youngest would get hurt if I left her in second room with that MANY bouncing kids and adults. If your looking to take your kids to a place where you can barely watch over them then this makes makes the top of the list, If your looking for a place where your kid can walk out at anytime then this is the place, It was chaotic.....I don't think I'd ever go again. Also I feel the workers are to leanient and look the other way. Another thing they were well over their capacity and as I was thinking it I heard one of the girls working there answer another parents question with "yes this is well over the maximum capacity". They don't check if people have paid I'm sure this because parents that just got there were taking kids SHOES off that moment to go inside. I didn't see a sign for capacity but I could of sworn I saw over 100+ parents and kids walk in the room....it took them at least 12minutes to get everyone in. NEVER EVER AGAIN..unless policies go into effect. It's a shame that a place would open up co close in proximity and parents/ workers don't obey rules or...
Read moreWhen its Raining Outside, and you have some toddlers or Youngsters that are bouncing off the walls and ceiling in your home, this is the perfect place to burn off their energy without getting them soaking wet or sick. It has everything your kid needs to keep them occupied for hours and hours. Its large selection of 3D games, Non 3D Games, 3D virtual coasters, and 3D environments, as well as Lazer Tag and Spy Escape Rooms and Areas, will have them screaming with excitment (literally). Its games of sport where they can win tickets for prizes is also bountiful. But.. It can get to be very pricey depending on how many kids you have and their age group. Average cost of 40 tickets is $10 vs the average game that lasts about 30 seconds and up costs 6 tickets. Thrill games and and Environments average from 20 to 40 tickets so be prepared to wear out your debit or credit card on your visit. They do sell packages that can cost from $15.99 to $59.99 which include tickets and attractions so for some, this may be the value that your looking for. The food is not that great, (microwavelables mostly) and they don't sell water at the registers at the food court, but, you can buy water out of the Vending machines. They will happily give you change as the machines do not accept credit cards. In this day and age, most people do not carry cash around. We mostly use cards. They should either sell water at the registers like almost Every Other Place in the World Sells, (Even Some Clothing Stores) or at least allow the Vending machines to take cards. You have Children, Running around Burning Calories and Sweating and of you don't have cash, No Water for them. But the sugary drinks such as Soda and Lemonade, Flow Freely Like the Breeze Through the Trees on a Warm Spring Day. So be aware, bring your own water, or bring cash if you want water at this...
