I was pleasantly surprised to see a bakery with a Japanese name in the neck of this neighborhood.

The store is situated in a polite and discrete section of the shopping complex.

Once inside, we were welcomed by their display case, showcasing their products and some cheerful-looking boxes, immediately drawing visitors' attention.

The person at the counter was very knowledgeable of the products and prompt to recommend a few, while I felt a bit embarrassed approaching the person in Japanese.

While the product's taste is very non-Japanese, they skillfully utilized the concept of such known dairy products in Japan.

The box I chose, containing six pieces, had a meticulous structure inside, ensuring each piece occupied its respective allotted space equally and comfortably.

We were so excited to know Hokkaido Cheese Tart opened up 2 locations in Queens and can’t wait to try it. It is located right behind Forever 21 but people who visit for the first time might miss it due to the unclear signage of the mall.

The flavors were limited and the supply varied by hours & date. There were only four flavors available when we visited so we got 3 original, 3 matcha & 3 strawberry as our first try to share with friends.

The prices are very expensive. I’ve tried their cheese tarts before and they are delicious however I went in for a peach smoothie, and they didn’t have any flavors besides mango. I got mango while also wanting to whip cream on top, The worker there went to go put whip cream on top and it was all watery so he went to the back to look for more and said that there was none so he made me a new drink and tried to get out the whip cream again, there was no whip cream left and he deeply apologized. how are you going to have a business open and have a little to no stock of things?
