We went here today but we were on a budget so didn’t have enough money but we wanted to look around in footlocker and came in to see what they had so we could stop by next week because we all needed a new pairs of shoes and have been really wanting matching pairs of Jordan’s forever. We went in and looked around and when we were leaving the staff said that they should put up a sign telling people to don’t come if they aren’t buying anything in the rudest tone ever. Like….what is the purpose of being so rude?? Do people have to buy something in your store if they walk in? What if they don’t see anything they like? Now the other employee which I assumed was a manager’s because she was dressed differently need to get her attitude checked. Read moreWalked in with my child to purchase shoes, was in there for about 5-10 min, 4 staff members working Thursday night and not one of them ask us if we need help even when trying to get there attention. Everyone was chatting or towards the back of the register. Tried getting their attention and didn’t work. Be advised the store had 1 other customer inside. (Not busy at all) I felt bad for my child and just walked out and went to the Adidas store instead where customer service was better and the shoes cost me $18 dollars.
