I've been coming here for over two and a half years and I wouldn't dream about going anywhere else! I know this place may be pricey in people's eyes but I used to go to a salon twice a month and spend an extra $40 cause of tips. And sometimes if my nail polish would peel, I would have to return to the same nail salon and pay money again. And that was not fair.
At Lily, I go once a month and I NEVER have a broken nail, chipped polish, cuticles growing back fast. The girls always get the job done, right. Personally, I see Irena regularly. She is one of the "top" girls there. I've also had work done by Gulyia and Kamila. I've had the Russian UV gel manicure and I always get the smart gel pedicures because the magic they do with my feet, I can't even explain. I walk out of that salon after a pedicure and my feet are so soft and the best part is that they stay soft. Again, that never happens at the other salons. I can't stress enough that I never leave the salon disappointed!
I strongly encourage you to give the smart gel pedicure a try. And definitely opt for the UVA manicure. They also have a very huge variety of colors, and the women are very talented with painting designs, free hand.
The salon itself is very clean. They play great music. The way they provide a charging station as you're getting your nails done adds a...
Read moreVery small location, meaning limited availability which would normally be a non-issue if it weren’t for the terrible customer service provided. Upon walking in, my mom and I had an appointment scheduled and yet waited for 15 minutes until the one lady who worked there got off the phone and off the pedicure bed and addressed us. There were two other people already sitting and had told us they had been waiting for 10 minutes already. Everyone who worked there was very rude and the lady who worked on my manicure was very rushed and harsh although I had an appointment? She did not speak English which made it impossible to communicate with her. The end result of my nails were ok, my nails uneven so not impressed with the quality for the cost. I had one nail chip by the next day and when I called them to fix it, they told me they didn’t have any availability for over a week.
My mom returned a second time for another manicure in hopes the first time was a one time bad experience, however this wasn’t the case. The second time, they did not refund the prepaid appointment booking fee they collect to ensure you show so she was charged twice and upon requesting her refund for the appointment charge, they were of no help and told her she was refunded. We will never be...
Read more$80 manicure & $100 pedicure The vibes in this salon were disgusting! I came in and everyone stared like I was an alien. I should of known it wasn’t going to be a good experience. But me being optimistic, I thought ahh maybe the culture is different, it’s ok. NOPE! I understand your primary language isn’t English but please when speaking about someone in another language-DONT STARE AT THEM! As you can see in the pictures- My manicure was sloppy! The girl was dressed like she just woke up in her PJs- when you take courses on how to do Russian manicures and pedicures, first thing they tell you is to dress either in scrubs or all black- not in PJs! She did the job like I was bothering her. I’m sorry but I paid and gave tip! If you didn’t want to work then you shouldn’t have done the work! The whole time she was doing my nails she was on the phone. My edges are sloppy, my design is not done appropriate! I paid $206 for a mani and pedi- I expect my nails to be perfect! I took a course on how to do russian manicures and pedicures from a Russian Nail master! This salon was not it!!! You give a bad taste of what a real russian manicure and pedicure experience feels like!...
