Horrible first experience. I came here because I seen it was one of those spots that was going viral on Tik Tok & my friend wanted to celebrate her birthday there. Nothing like what they made it seem. It was suppose to be a 10$ cover charge the lady at the front was trying to charge me 20$ until I told her I was told it was 10$, she said “oh yeah only certain people get charged 10$ & proceeded to let me in. Already a red flag. Nobody walked me to the table where the rest of my party was at so I looked lost in this place I never been to before. The service, HORRIBLE. Our server payed more attention to other tables than ours, took forever to come & take our order & when she did she gave us attitude as if we were bothering her. I asked if she can bring me a water since I wasn’t drinking & she said ok. I have serving experience & it confused me how she didn’t even bring water to the table AT LEAST. 10 minutes went by & I’m watching our server socialize, going to a different table smoking hookah, still didn’t bring me a water ……. So I went up to the bar & got a water myself. When I come back our food is arriving & I noticed they brought out 2 extra plates that we did not order. We did not touch the plates in case they tried to charge us for these extra plates. Already 20 minutes went by & I stopped the server & told her she never got me my water. She said “oh they didn’t bring it for you” I said who’s they you’re my server & I had to go up to the bar and get it myself. She stuttered and said “oh I went to the bar too” I said no you didn’t because I was up there the entire time trying to get myself a water. I then told her about the two extra plates & she said “it’s fine it’s fine” like what’s fine …… We didn’t want to get charged for these extra plates. Towards the end we were getting rushed out of our section that we gave 100$ down payment for. We had the table from 6-9. Someone came at 8:45 rushing us saying we’re not getting bottle service & that they had another reservation coming in. The only thing that saved this place was the music. The food wasn’t all that good, the space wasn’t all that good, the service, terrible. Oh and there was no bear going around giving free shots like how they showed on Tik Tok. Won’t be wasting my money...

My experience was not good. We had to pay a $20 cover charge each at the door! which we were not told about prior. We had already paid $100 to reserve a table. So that’s shady business. Also, instead of our table being around the decor and nice atmosphere of the place (which is why we even wanted to go) we were seated in a far dark table away from everything and everyone and right under the DJ BOOTH. I had a headache from the loud speakers next to me. It’s just not a pleasant spot to seat guests. It was not the table that was advertised either. It was sooo disappointing being that it was my boyfriend birthday. So as pretty as the aesthetic of place is we did not get the pleasure of enjoying the vibe and ambiance with our friends because we were away from the decor, the lights and everything in this dark awful area. The white girl at the front door was not helpful and told us all tables were reserved so she couldn’t do anything. 15 minutes in I saw a table clear up but instead she sat a new group there after having told us she will let us know when another table was available. Also waitresses take forever to tend to your table. Waited 30 mins . The food is BLAND. The drinks are okay. I would not order food if you go there it’s overpriced and not tasty. Hookah is good but pricey. I like the flavors they offer. You are allowed to sit at your table for just 2 hours which is reasonable. The waitresses dress very sexy and revealing and one had the audacity to twerk in the middle of the room when she saw my boyfriend as he was walking back from the bathroom. Very disrespectful but hey that’s how they make their money. Also please disregard the dress code cause we saw plenty of people in there with sweatpants and hoodies or what not.

At the end when the check came the waitress did not deduct our $100 deposit which we had to let them know. Very unprofessional. Gratuity is included, but based on experience alone we didn’t plan to tip or return for...

It's definitely not a place I would recommend. Incredibly insensitive and disrespectful “security”.

Lack of communication by management. Birthday person called in days in advance prior to committing to venue to discuss details and was never told $25 cover charge which I believe was raised because we were black and large group. Came here to celebrate a friends birthday to have a good time, we were instructed to pay a $25 cover. She was told there was no cover charge prior to celebrating at venue.We were not there for the show nor was the people having showcase charging because that was some older ladies at the door not affiliated with no Rap Show. My friend had oved 20 plus people in attendance and the treatment we received was unacceptable and unprofessional.

Food Drinks Ordered wings & fries that had to be purchased separately, $18 dollars for 5 winglets that came in a paper bowl & $14 fries. Overpriced food

Mixed drinks were terrible, and my girlfriend found chipped glass in her drink, which we purchased from bar. Cheap liquor in top shelf bottles.

We tried to order food and was told by the waitress that she was off. But she was still present an hour and half later. Bringing drinks to one table and buying cups from an outside vendor. The waitress we had tried to help us but it was a long process to get help on the overpriced food. The manager never came over to us to assist.

Very unprofessional. Gratuity is included on every purchase ( even on shots), but based on experience alone we didn’t plan to tip or return for another visit. Greed seems to be the motivation for this establishment. it seemed like a very uninclusive and biased venue. We didnt feel our money was valued at venue. We would never return to this...
