I’ve never purchased an anime figure before, my collection is entirely prizes from arcade machines. However when they brought back the Tier Harribel figure I knew I had to have it. I immediately pre ordered the figure and forgot about it. Time would go on, Covid would hit, and I had become paranoid that I wasted my money and feared I would never get my package. Then I was contacted about my order and learned that an error was at fault. They were preparing my order for shipment and we’re just about to send it out, they simply required an additional fee for the adjusted new rate of shipping. And this is where I behaved like a child. I angrily refused to pay additional fees, I told them I didn’t even believe they were legit, I claimed they were scammers and I was getting ready to walk away, stubborn and foolish to just let them do with my package as they willed. And this is where Lunar Toystore went above and beyond to satisfy a disgruntled customer. They processed my order and sent it out for delivery without the added fee, no doubt cutting into their own profits for the transaction (for this I am deeply sorry), they promptly assured me my package was on its way and sent me a valid tracking number. I was blown away, I didn’t expect such swift and generous service. I immediately knew when my package would arrive and sure enough I received my package not hardly a week later. My only regret is that I didn’t treat them as fairly as they were willing to treat me. The customer service with this store is truly wonderful.
On to the product
Ladies and gentlemen I’m pleased to announce that they very efficiently packaged the figure in such a way that opening the box felt like Christmas morning to me. The quality of the product was ensured, not a trace of damage anywhere. With how I treated them I had expected a reject model with either scuffs or painting errors, but this figure was precision perfect as far as I could tell.
I’m truly grateful to have received my package, if I could go back and change anything it would be my confidence in this seller. They offer high quality products are are well beyond the necessary levels of reliability. This store earned my trust, I’ll be telling all my friends and family to consider purchasing from them because not only are they true to their word, they’re good people. They’re patient with customers and over all just delightful to buy from. The only negative thing I can say is they suffer from computer errors just like any other business would, if it happens to you don’t lose hope, they really are good on their word and you’ll be more than satisfied with your order. However, I am reviewing their business ethic -so buyers beware! Their recent website issue where you can't log in, prevented me from canceling on time to get the refund without incurring penalties. It's for a future order, and I had told them I have had issues signing into my account. I reported the website issue multiple times -and even at one point, got dismissed by staff, saying that they had someone pretend to be like them and that fake site has been shut down since... Well, lo and behold, people WERE having ISSUES getting in. and isn't it convenient that THEY DO NOT HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER? I mean, geeze -can't the owner pay for a cellphone line for twenty dollars? So finally someone sent me an email, telling me that they will cancel the 2 orders I made (not shipped yet) and nothing about getting charged a fee.. only to find out that my refund from my credit card was short by a couple of dollars.. I emailed them, and got the response that they have a restocking fee.

Read moreDO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE PREORDERING SERVICE, please for the sake of your sanity use any other website that doesn’t make you pay upfront for preorders and then leaves you waiting for THREE. THREE WHOLE YEARS to fufill your order. I placed three preorders with LTS in 2022 and it took roughly TWO YEARS for the first two to arrive and after numerous check ins with their customer service I am FINALLY getting my last figure from them and it will be the last time I ever order from their online site. Customers should not have to continuously check in to find out their order has been SIGNIFICANTLY delayed, not once did I receive any emails apologizing or explaining the delay, I always had to reach out first only to have them admit that they took too many preorders for Vampire Miku during the first run and had a different projected date every time I asked.
And then, after, THREE YEARS, they proceeded to cc’d everyone who preordered the figure in a DIFFERENT person’s email reply to sheepishly ask for MORE money, to cover the tariff fees.
They only offered a full refund at this time. I no longer had the card I used to pay for the figure so I had to pay the fee since couldn’t retract the money I paid them.
Learn from my mistakes, do not preorder anything...
