Worst service? Or racism? Im asian-american for the reference. I was the only asian in the shop. I visited the place this morning and ordered blueberry, strawberry and banana smoothie with base of water. (I didn't want milk or protein, because i'm pregnant) As soon as I ordered, phone rang, and she started to help out the phone order. I was standing there embrassing, cuz the order wasnt processed and i didnt pay for my smoothie. Then, i guess the "OWNER" came to register and start helping the lady that was after me. She could have ask me if i was being helped or not. So i waited, and told the "OWNER" that i was not being helped. No feed back nor apologie. I ordered again, and i wanted the base to be water, and she looked at me and said "no milk or protein???" Like she couldnt understand. I AM SO EMBRASSED STILL NOW. the service was the worst. The smoothie? You could make it at home, and still have better flavor.
I'm talking about your so called "TOP QUALITY SERVICES" that you guys provided...

If you have any questions, you can easily find the item that you would like to tell the associate you'd want for him Or her to explain to you.🥇 Another awesome feature is that they have pre-made meals. 🍲🍛🍜I'm sure that all those pre-made meals that they had available. We're not of just one sort. So therefore I'm assuming they had many delicious varieties. As a regular customer at both the flushing and new hyde park location, I came in to order my usual Generals tso Chicken with white rice. However, when I microwaved it at work, the chicken had a fishy smell and tasted off. I returned during my lunch break to exchange it and explained the issue to the staff.
The manager came over, smelled the food, and insisted it “smelled fine.” While he did allow me to choose another, he insisted it had to be chicken-based item, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I ended up opting for a chicken quesadilla, but the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
I always make an effort to support local businesses, but as a teacher and loyal customer, this will be my last visit. I hope others don’t have to face this kind...
