As a real estate attorney I have a pleasure of working with Valentina. Every time the transactional deal sheet comes in and I see Valentina’s name on it, I am thrilled. She is an outstanding realtor who always demonstrates the highest caliber of ethics and etiquette whether it is in how she manages her transactions, responds to clients, or interacts with attorneys, mortgage brokers and other real estate professionals. She is a warm, polite, professional and respectful person. Her job is not easy, her role requires a high level of knowledge, diligence, calm and respectfulness. Two weeks before the closing, the title company requested certain affidavits to be signed by several seller’s neighbors. Seller has moved out of the house already and was no longer living in the neighborhood. Valentina, knowing how difficult it would be for the seller to get these affidavits signed, notarized and delivered back to my office, and then eventually to the title company, offered help and facilitated the whole process of obtaining the affidavits from neighbors in the timely manner. Valentina is simply amazing from the start of this whole process to the very end of transaction.
