The service was good, the hair came out cool. My only issue was when I communicated how long I wanted my hair REPEATEDLY both before I came and during they still proceeded to give me longer than I requested. I asked for medium knotless twist to go to the middle part of my back….it was not medium and the length was not at the middle part of my back. Once again, I was under an understanding that this was clear on what I wanted and I repeated everything to make sure we were on the same page, and I ended up there longer than expected because they gave me smaller twist. Now, before I even came in the owner was calling my phone asking about my whereabouts as I was preparing to go see her and we had just got off the phone just a little while ago at the time. Booked an appointment with miriame expecting Miriame to do my hair instead her sister did it and did the entire style incorrectly, they also did not do the style we agreed upon and talked about me throughout the appointment. I would not recommend if you don’t want to feel like your money was wasted. Poor customer service and atmosphere, I wish I could give them a better review but i simply can not. Miriame also tried to force me to give her a five star review before I left by inputting the five stars herself on my device which made me uncomfortable. Terrible, the lady doing my hair brushed my hair with a comb,causing my hair to break off and caused me so much pain in the scalp. She thought I didn’t understand what she was saying in Bambara but I did and she insulted my hair saying “I have bad hair” and kept on complaining. During the end of the service she called me in Bambara a “Bâtaradé” which means a stupid animal which is a curse word.
