Kennedy fried chicken 253 — Restaurant in New York

It honestly seemed like the Hispanic guy at the front was being racist. He stared at me like I was crazy when I walked in and literally didn’t say anything for mad long. I had to end up walking somewhere else because the customer service was pitiful. WASTE OF TIME. Took way too long to get my order, the guy just stared at me and I waited for over 10 minutes while they stood around. Ridiculous. Very uninviting and extremely slow, didn’t even come to the counter to take my order. There was nobody else in there either which was irritating. How do you have a customer standing for nearly 13 minutes and two people are present and everyone’s standing around like they don’t have a job to do? Very upsetting. TWO SLICES OF PIZZA. 30 minutes??? Insane. Took extremely long to prepare my food as well and it wasn’t much at all. Very mediocre service and he was moving in slow motion. This place is clean...the quality of the food is better than some of the kennedys ive been to amd they serve you fast....tho they do make mistakes here and there... like forgetting what you asked to put on anything for example tomatoes, onions lettuce ect ect...other than that i would still recommend...

The food is always fresh and good. The food is worth the price. Owner becomes very friendly with the regulars and is never aggressive with all of the children that frequent his restaurant for a bite after school. It is...
