I have to add to my original post, because I just saw they attacked my review which was based on my real moving experience with them in 2022. To save their face, they made up that I am from other competitive moving company and just left the review to damage their reputation. I can't believe how ridiculous they are!

I didn't use my regular personal email just to protect my privacy. Common Sense! And that's why it's after months that I just found their attacking responds. (I don't check this email often). Comments True is the account I leave most Google Reviews. As self-explained, I leave reviews based on my own TRUE EXPERIENCE.

I composed all the comments word by word, and I posted on Yelp too. If someone forwarded and shared my review, I am so glad that not all people are fooled by the good reviews as I was. I have my right to share my own experience, in any language. Is it ridiculous that they attacked my review for not writing it in Chinese? Do people judge reviews based on which language it's used ? Besides, What the hell is the connection between reviews in English or Chinese with courage?! No logics AT ALL.

You can have other people give you all 5 stars comments on Google, no matter how . But I will just keep sharing my own bad experience on different platforms! However you do your business with other customers, I PERSONALLY HAD SUCH BAD EXPERIENCE AS I DESCRIBED WITH YOUR COMPANY MTO美通. AND PLEASE STOP ATTACKING OTHERS JUST BECAUSE THEY SAID NEGATIVES BASED ON THEIR REAL EXPERIENCE!! THIS IS ENOUGH!!! Wise people can judge reviews by themselves, your attack will NOT save your face~

THIS IS WHAT I EXPERIENCED: YOU ADDED PRICE ON SITE, YOU WERE LOW EFFICIENT (from 9am to 9pm, when supposed to end by 6 pm at least), I WASN"T RESPECTED AS A CUSTOMER (I HAD TO WORK AS ONE OF YOUR STAFFS BECAUSE IF NOT, THAT GUY TOLD ME THEY COULD WORK TILL MIDNIGHT TO MOVE OUT ALL MY STUFF, WHILE I WAS THE PERSON WHO PAID FOR THE SERVICE), ( YOU DIDN"T SEND ENOUGH STUFF TO SAVE SPENDING) YOUR TRUCK WAS HOLDING BIG SOFFA AND OTHER STUFF FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THE TWO GUYS TOLD ME YOU DIDN"T HAVE ENOUGH SPACE! I HAD TO USE MY OWN CAR TO CARRY ALL THE REST STAFF IN 3 DAYS TO FINISH MY MOVING!! 不管你们在Google有多少好评，就我經歷的这服务质量难道不應該得差评么？ 要不是太坑了，谁有时间打着么多字？！ 我本來不想理會了。但是我剛發現，You hurt customers' feeling and and you are still attacking their review! I almost healed myself from the experience, but I just found out your responds which are ridiculous and malicious and made me so upset!

That's your business whether to improve or change your service to new "customers", but for whose who believe more in 1 star than 5 stars, I suggest another choice , NOT them.

If they update their respond, I will not care again, since I don't want to spend more time to type and deal with them any more. They taught me a life lesson on how to choose moving company. There is no way me and all people around me will pick them just because of two hundred 5 stars google reviews. It is true that I can't do nothing but keep digesting what I experienced and keep sharing how bad my experience was...

Below was my first review. "Chose them after reading those 5 stars google reviews and their web introduction. However, it turned out an unpleasant, unforgettably bad moving experience in my whole life that it will still take a long time for me to digest.

"We promise won't add price on site" on their website is not true. If you get a quote lower than other moving company, it may be just a lure. Be prepared to be asked for more on site. And they will give you different reasons to do so. And there will be some unexpected situation occur on site, such as not big enough truck (or no enough space in their truck, because other big stuffs that belong to them or someone else already in there ), no enough movers, etc.

All 5 stars google reviews are not really trust-worthy.
