Masjid El-Ber — Attraction in New York

Conveniently located near train station. Has a separate entrance labeled FOR SISTERS but it’s locked. After knocking multiple times, standing near the door for a good five minutes and trying to get someone to open it- a brother finally emerged from inside. I grew up in the neighborhood where this Masjid is located so I have a special connection to it. Went there the other day because we were passing by and it was Zuhar time. Very nice Masjid in a busy area with a nice atmosphere. I do wonder how they did with the Jummah crowd since the space seems limited. Not sure if they acquired additional space on the top floors.
