Very small gym for the cost ranging from $52-58 with a sign up of $25. In addition to this, the only gym that Iâve seen never have towel papers or towels. Either or wouldâve been helpful and Iâve told the employees several times that for the price of the gym, thatâs a very small addition. In addition to this, they close at 7pm on weekendsâŚ
If you need a treadmill run or pull up bar or just want to curl some weights, this is the gym for you. If youâre not into bench pressing (you can do that if you want by adjusting the squat rack) then it gets the job done. Blink, planet fitness, harbor or really just about any larger gym is better than this. The mere use for this place is convenience of location, if that doesnât matter to you then look elsewhere to spend your money.
The staff is super friendly, absolutely love the people behind the counter, just canât seem to understand why this gym doesnât believe in...
Read moreI am a guy on my fifties and wanted to go to the gym to improve my health (my last check up was not good; problems with glucose, cholesterol). I reached out to Janine the owner who assigned me to Kevin to whom I explained my goals; most importantly I did not want to get too sored or injured during my work outs (an old body is not like a young one). Kevin patiently designed for me a series of exercises that were progressing in difficulty over time. What a difference!. I am a new guy more energetic, sleep better, do things more promptly, feel more fit and active like never before. I just hope to continue with the wonderful staff at Park Fitness Gym, everyone is so kind and encouraging to other patrons. I love the environment and the people who attends this place, everyone so respectful of each other space and caring by cleaning after each of them uses the machines. BTW no more...
Read moreI've been doing personal training with Rachel at Park Fitness for the past several months, and it's truly been a transformative experience. I never really had a consistent workout routine and wanted to get into lifting but felt very intimidated. I took the plunge and signed up for Park Fitness's personal training intro special. Rachel designed a program for me to build enough strength to get on the squat rack, and with her guidance I'm now lifting far more weight than I ever thought I could. Rachel has great energy and she's super motivating and knowledgeable. I now actually look forward to going to the gym. Park Fitness is really clean and well equipped, staff are friendly and helpful. Also very convenient if you live in the Kensington/Ditmas Park/Prospect Park South area. Cannot recommend the gym and...
