I went to this particular Kentucky Fried Chicken, to order some barbecue chicken wings. The person that took my order was very pleasant and very nice and well-mattered. She advised me the chicken wings they had was very dry, and if I could wait 9 minutes they would make up some fresh ones. I told her I would wait and thanks for the heads up. While I was waiting within a minute another woman server had already repaired my order with the dried chicken wings, so I told her that I didn't want to drive chicken wings and by that time the person that had served me, explain to the other person that know they were waiting for some fresh chicken wings. The person that had already packaged the dry chicken wings seem like she had an attitude. But the other person the nice one that had brought it to my attention she fixed the order for me. Her name was Paula would you thank her for me and KFC needs more employees with a nice pleasant attitude like this person she should win the employee of the month award if there's such a thing. This is every fast food restaurant. We "love" them but in reality, we just need the salt and the chemical injection because Botox shots are too expensive and we've become used to the maelstrom that this "chikin" (because, let's be honest, no one would has ever eaten fast food eats it because it resembles the thing it's meant to mimic) will wreak on your internal organs. It's like the experiment that was done years ago by college students who left a Twinkie on the sidewalk and even the ants wouldn't touch it. ANTS know what food is and yet we humans, the highest form of "intelligence" on this besotted piece of clay floating in the void of space shove this crap into our maws.

This location is the worst. DO NOT go here. Go to Popeyes. Had a problem at this location on June 16th. Have spoken to KFC "Customer Service" at least 5 times since then and still NO RESOLUTION. Promises for a call back from a "supervisor" have gone unfulfilled. YUM Brands should be Ashamed! Go to Popeyes! Better chicken and better service. NEVER GOING BACK TO ANY KFC LOCATION!
UPDATE Five years later & nothing has changed. Went back. Waited again. Nobody came. Drove away. This location should be closed & all "workers" fired. Frustrating. Original Post-- The restaurant was open, so I figured the drive thru was also open. But apparently I was wrong. We waited in the Drive-Thru for 8 minutes before we left. Nobody ever came to the drive-thru window or took our order. Unacceptable and pathetic. Will not be going back...
