I used to be a return customer. Every 2 weeks without fail for a year. As of today, I am no longer giving this establishment my business. The nail quality has absolutely gone down and the ladies are RUDE RUDE RUDE. On my last visit, I decided to get a gel manicure. Both the manicurist, another worker, and THE OWNER took note that my nails we're not strong enough but did not say anything. When I came back 2 days later with broken nails, the owner said, "I remember- you asked for gel manicure but your nails are too soft. Next time, tell them to put sns powder down first." Their policy is that if you come back within 2 days, all nail fixes are free. The manicurist still charged me $5 for one nail and couldn't even look me in the eye. The owner stood by even though I heard her tell another customer the policy when she came back 3 days after her manicure. Then today, they charged me an extra $10 when I asked them to put the sns powder first. The nail tech blamed ME saying that I shouldn't have had them soak the old (5 nails that was left due to their horrible work) off and they wouldn't have charged extra if I asked them to fill. I told her "Why do you tell me these things when I'm ready to pay you, not when I sit down?" She pretended not to understand and laughed. The ladies here only smile when you're handing them your card at the cash register.
I promise you, I've given this place a chance for a year. Go somewhere else. This business does not deserve your money. The only upside is that the prices are low, but they will still lie to you in order you squeeze a buck out of you. I will never walk into Pine Tree Nails again.
See the pictures for proof. How could you let me walk out of the salon with both of my thumbs looking like this? I had to shape at least 4 nails after leaving this...
Read moreI honestly didn’t wanna leave a review but today is my last day of coming to this place . Two weeks ago I called to see if they were busy instead of just being honest with me they simply asked me what I was getting when I told them just gel they said we are busy I said okay how many people are ahead of me she said five I said okay I’m still coming the lady said ok with a attitude and hung up when I went in there was only two people ahead of me . I asked who answered the phone and started to argue with Tina and I said it shouldn’t matter what a customer gets you are running a business any type of money that is incoming you should take it she told me I’m giving her a headache and I simply said well maybe u said take a vacation . I told her I see Maria and she doesn’t feet . Soon after they all started to talk about me in their language it was degrading and unprofessional soon after the owner did my nails and I still tipped her . Today two weeks later I came back and cee cee did my powder nails she was rushing and when I tipped her she didn’t even say thank you she is rude and unprofessional and it’s clear they are over worked . I remember I use to come to this place and relax and enjoy my pedi and nails not anymore they will never get a dime from me and honestly it’s sad because I also tip well and for cee cee not to thank me was a slap in my face because she was upset about me and the owner getting into a argument I will not spend my hard working money on that place again I rather go to where I live and be treated with respect regardless of what I get done gel pedicure it shouldn’t matter people actually work hard just like them . Cee cee talks her language and it rude!!!!! Don’t go to this place they will talk about you like...
Read moreOn June 2, 2018 my best friend, his sister ( my sissy too) and I decided to go to pine tree Nails to see if they could fix his broken manicured nail. Upon arrival, I walked in first, his sister, and my best friend was behind her. One of the employees looked at me and said if I was coming for a manicure. I told her my best friend was coming to see if they could fix his nail. The other Asian women ( I think is the owner) made a face and said “No we are too busy, can you come tomorrow?” I, unfortunately, didn’t pick up on it when it happened which I feel horrible about. I should have reacted when it happened. Once it was explained to me, I was also advised that a public review would make a bigger statement. Instead of turning him away, they could have offered for him to wait if he wanted to. They didn’t even look at his nail, they just looked at him! The place wasn’t that busy. Your employees need a wake up call. When running a business, ones clientele, shouldn’t be based on appearance, sexual orientation, color, nationality and the like.is blatant discrimination!!! I will never come to this nail salon again!!! His business is just as good as anyone else’s, even better!! Your loss, his gain!!! He is too flawless for y’all anyway!! He could have brought you business but instead you will lose in the long run!! You just lost a valuable...
