Road Masters II Inc — Attraction in New York

I'm going to start soft and say that I've read the reviews 3 and 4 and 5 times to make sure this was the dealership I was entrusting in to spend my very hard earned money. I'm not a rich person but I believe it is more comfortable having your own vehicle to come and go as you please and when. Searching carguru for months reaching out to dealerships but the demeanors and tones of voice on the phone never made me feel comfortable enough to go in person and view a vehicle. Fast forward to 2 days ago, .... I purchased a c350 Benz in GREAT condition from Mr. Emmanuel. Soft spoken, took my anxiety down to a -100%, and respectful as a man towards a woman (no secret glances at my butt or talking to my chest instead of my face). He took his time in explaining the specifics knowing this was my time independently buying a vehicle without another person being present. He is honest... Like seriously I've been lied to so much by salesmen it's easy to know when I'm being pitched. All fees were up front and explained to me carefully. I'm an out of state plate and he called my state and made my insurance correct what I didnt see. And hey google family guess what!?!... He gave me some cash back from a miscalculation he caught that I didn't. I've had used vehicles and this is on a much better side. This is just a lil about the amazing Emmanuel. There is so much more to this dealership. All the staff are great and make you feel welcomed... Not just give me your money and get out... They give you treats like donuts and cookies and tea... Then they say give me your money... Lol but it's ok because I got what I wanted!!!!! And family.... I never wanted a Benz! I feel different. Different vibe and energy and I believe this was a great match up. They have some nice cars too... Not just mine... Like some really luxury cars for damn good prices. Listen you want a lemon, pay lemon prices. You want reliable, you should already know reliable comes with a price tag and for a 2016 c350 Benz in great condition to be 14,650 with intransit plate to get it off the lot.... That's not bad for street value let's be honest. I don't think... I KNOW Emmanuel did right by me!!! I appreciate him...

This review is for all the people, such as myself, who are skeptical with used car lots, furthermore one with mixed reviews such as this one.

To clarify something I've seen in the reviews, people are complaining that the prices online are not the prices that are advertised on the vehicles themselves. This is true.... because the prices on the windows are the original MSRP of the car when it was brand new. Ask questions, people.

The salesperson I dealt with was Benjamin. Professional to the point. I reminded him which vehicle I came to look at, he gave me the keys and allowed me to check anything I wanted, at my own pace. I was able to test the drive the vehicle for some time. No problems there, whatsoever.

My only complaint for this dealership is the condition of their vehicles on the lot. The car I came in to look at did NOT look as good as it did on the photos. There were scratches on the car. The interior was dirty and sticky due to a spilled liquid. One tire had a large bubble in it and a part of the plastic grill was broken and sticking out. Obviously I was upset with this. I brought up each and every thing to Benjamin. The negotiation process was not a difficult one at all. A brand new tire was delivered the same day and installed, free of charge. The grill problem was fixed. The car was washed and detailed, along with the fluids replaced.

All in all, 4 out of 5, I would recommend this dealership. I was able to get the offer I wanted for my trade-in. My issues were listened to and dealt with accordingly. The staff was not rude to me in any way and I'm happy with...

I've never wished to had the ability to give negative stars to an establishment before today. I found one of the listed used vehicles on a website, and called the dealership to see its availability, as i live an hour away and obviously didn't have a car at the time. They confirmed it was available, so the next day i had driven down with a buddy of mine to check it out. They informed me that the fully loaded mazda 3 which i showed them had been sold already, but they had a similar vehicle listed for the same price (slightly more mileage, and not fully loaded). Long story short, they jacked up the price by THOUSANDS, claiming they had no control over dealer fees and taxes. The vehicle was listed at 11kwhich i hope to write a check for, but after everything they tried to add an additional 8k! almost double the price!! and only after hours of paperwork and time waste did they decide to disclose the information in a non-chalant matter as they pushed me to sign the papers. Don't know what they expected, and anyways i ended up leaving and found a similar car to the one i orignally wanted for a way lower price and have never...
