I was recommended by a friend and went to drop two small pieces to get powder coated when ask when will it be ready. Daimia said come back this afternoon so I waited till the next Morning to see if it was done got to his shop and he said he need to coat it I said fine when should I come back he said around 6 same day later on . So I decide to wait until the next day now going on second day called him around 5 ish said to me ok it will be ready around 7 pm same day . At this point this guy D. Has no concept of time scheduling for anything. To tell a customer and Give them the run around is not professional at all for someone to say come back at a curtain time three time and have no respect for my time equals not professional at all . Upon calling him back that same day I said never mind am coming to pick up my two pieces. when I got there my two pieces were on the ground under and around just a pile of dirty rags and other garbage which could have broken the tabs off the pieces that I brought him to powder coat . I do not recommend this place if he treat my pieces like that I take that as you are disrespectful of my stuff , image when u bring...

First off I'd like to tell everyone in internet world that if you want something powdercoated there is only one choice and this is the place. This fine young man not only owns but operates a full facility and employs one of the best sand blasters on site (Roman). Basically you drop off what you desire to have powder coated and its done by the date and time Damian (Owner) tells you. I was in a jam so I call this establishment and not only did he put a rush on my job but didn't over charge me. In my opinion for the service/final product you get it is grossly underpriced.

The original quoted time was pushed back. Which is fine, I get that things happen. But then turns out they lost a piece I gave them, and I need it to ride my bike. To reach the owner, good luck. I send a text, and it’s a gamble whether I will hear back from him or not. It’s been almost two months since I dropped the parts off for the job. Still don’t have the lost part. Some spots of the powder coating wasn’t clean, evidence of not the best prep. If it wasn’t for the horrendous customer service and lost part, I’d be satisfied. But for the money being spent, you expect better. I highly recommend to avoid this place if you can. Prices aren’t competitive to have you come here. I would do things differently if...
