I made a return visit because of a concern I had with the signal strength of an antenna they set up for me some time ago...but I had no reason to be concerned with the treatment I received from Leo, Anthony, Eva and Angie in the office, or from Tony in the garage, because all were knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout my time there, and I was treated with decency and kindess like what any customer would hope to receive when doing business in an area (like car audio) that he/she isn't so familiar with.
They are a pleasure to deal with whether by email or in person, much as they were during my original visit some two (2) years ago, and, if I have any further need for assistance with my car radio, I'm glad to have people like those at PNA to go to because I'm sure that I (or anyone) would get a fair deal in the end when all was said and done.
UPDATE I returned again over four (4) years after I posted this original review, because my radio had some electrical issues, and I'm thrilled to note that the new team of Dee, David and Anthony in the office, and Edwin in the garage, treated me just as nicely as before, with as much kindness, patience and understanding as one could hope for, so thanks to everyone there for that! Their skills and talents in the work they do with customers' radios is just as necessary -- and valued -- for customers as how they treat customers at every step along the way, and they've figured out how to excel at each without needing to devalue one while providing the other. Much appreciated!
2nd UPDATE Two (2) years after my most-recent visit, while the electronics were doing OK, the part that kept my radio in place in my car broke off from its housing, so I returned to PNA for some of its trademark TLC, which is, of course, exactly what I (as simply a customer and no one special) got.
Anthony and Dee in the office were their usual engaging and helpful selves (Anthony's excitement at trying to find a solution was infectious) and, after I described the situation and showed it to them, they referred me to Q and Chris on PNA's staff who solved my problem with their own brand of creativity.
Thank you, once again, to PNA and its dedicated staff for putting my concerns to rest, and leaving me better than how I was when I first showed up on their doorstep...

First off let me say.. PNA saved me a bunch of money by getting my lights done there than at BMW! BMW was charging me 500$ just to find out what was wrong with my headlight! So I went to PNA...
Leo is your go to guy, Once you come in you are greeted by Leo and is willing to hear you out what you need for your car! He knows what he is talking about and what he is doing! HE ALWAYS has a solution.
One of my headlights went out and leo sent the car to the back to find what was wrong. 30 minutes later it turns out one of my ballast went bad. Leo explained to me what needed to be done, how and parts needed and pricing. He did not pressure me one bit (I hate being pressured)! I was happy and I told him I will be in the next day.
Next day, I spent half a day in there waiting area waiting for my car to get done(By the way the guys back there did a great job). But, when the job was almost done. I had forgotten to tell Leo to also put in a bulb that went out in the headlight turning signal section since bumper was off that was easy. But they did not have that bulb in stock. (pep boys is across the street and didn't have it in stock). He searched his entire place for this bulb and nothing.......(rare bmws bulb) This is where EVAAA comes into save the day. (She usually sits straight ahead in the back from the front entrance). She mentioned that there is a bmw service center not to far and she gave me the number to there. I called and asked if they had the bulb in stock and they did. Now i would have to go walk or take a cab to this service center because my car is in the back of PNA with the bumper completely off... But no, EVA To the save the day! She offered to drive me to the Service center 10 minutes away and I was able to get the bulb! Thank you again for that EVA!
So all in all, PNA customer service is 5 star!! Work 5 star!! The workers in the back are all professional and know what they are doing!! Thank you for all your help and hard work!

Read more7/14/17 Im going to update my orignal review from 1 star to 4 stars, after I initially posted this review, the owner anthony, personally contacted me with real concern and wanted to help rectify the situation. They addressed all of my concerns and fixed the paneling on the radio. I am much happier with the service now. Very nice guy, really helpful. A+ for customer serivce and follow ups. 🤗
Original Post: So I tried, really hard to not give this place a bad review but! Ive got too. Sooo Let me start with this, I came here with the intent of getting a functioning radio that would work with waze and bluetooth etc and would connect to my andriod phone....what I got was a brick that cost more than $1000.00 completely over priced. The radio which is pioneer x49000 does NOTHING, it cant mirror link, I cant set the HD radio for specific channels the camera setting are all over the place, im sure its because they didnt set it up correctly. Now lets get to the instalation, I had to return the next day because my dash board wasnt put back completely and it came apart in the car. I went back the guy just banged his hands on the side until it didnt move. If i could take a picture as to what it looks like right now smh, it was a horrible bootleg job. its still not put back correctly. On top of that they wanted an EXTRA $100 to connect my steering wheel back to the readio, a function that was ALREADY THERE untill they disconnected it.
