They moved the hemorrhoid from liberty Avenue to the Jamaica store. AND back again!!Hemorrhoids name is Courtney. She’s a fat bottom, heavy black woman who will take nothing of taking your credit card gift cards and wiping them out do not give her anything but cash and then counted carefully because she will wipe you out, she’ll put you on another floor put you in a different location and give you services that you don’t want and that was Spectrum‘s answer for the problem with Courtney from the liberty Avenue store was to put her in a different location in Queens she should be fired and eventually will be fired. She is a hemorrhoid and needs to go get out of Queen’s New York. 🤮🤑 she is the devil in disguise. Beware, people all people doesn’t matter black white I have warned you. So today is February 29 I went back to the liberty Avenue store thinking all is well and she was not there. She being the hemorrhoid and Courtney but she has returned to her old stomping grounds as soon as I signed in she goes running away from her cash register, what is she running from? Where is she running to? What is she scheming? Now she’s a danger to herself and others do not give her your credit cards or cash. She does not belong in any store. I have been warning you for months now about her and the things that she does so I could not stay there safely knowing my account would be open by even by somebody else and pay my bill. Why is she there? What’s it gonna take Spectrum? What’s it gonna take for her to wipe out somebody’s cash for to wipe out someone’s credit cards why is she there? I want answers why is she there, this is not a personal attack. This is a problem with the person that works in a store who did a fraudulent thing she put me on another floor took my credit card and my gift cards wipe them out while acting like she was doing a service she was doing a service or right for herself because they do get perks if they sell you a phone or services Spectrum stop paying attention to who you hire and what these people are doing. She does not belong in the liberty Avenue store. Why is she back there? Are you that desperate for help does not belong handling money corporate pay attention. I will go as far as it’s got to be somebody to pay attention to me. She’s bad news.🤢🤮 she belongs in the gated community meaning PRISON !! Come on Spectrum do your job you know what she did to me and she’s doing to others you’re allowing her what are you scared of controversy it’s already there she should not be allowed to work with money other peoples money wake up Spectrum before somebody sues you like I’m...
Read moreToday my husband and I had an adventure trying to obtain a new phone. Unfortunately, my husband lost his phone and needed a replacement. We went to the Spectrum in Springfield Spectrum and the customer representative recommended we go to another Spectrum as they did not have the specific phone in stock. We then went to Spectrum on Atlantic Avenue and we were told by the guard that Spectrum has moved to Queens Village. The parking was atrocious, so we drove to Spectrum on Austin Street. My husband was prepared to pay for the phone but the customer representative stated that the card did not go through after she swiped it two more times without telling us. My husband called the bank and the representative stated that nothing is wrong with his card but there are three pending charges on his account. We left Austin Spectrum without a phone and good customer service. The sales rep was not empathetic and did not make an effort to troubleshoot the matter. She was not helpful at all. I am not sure if we plan to stick with Spectrum. Our intent is to return to T-Mobile as we never had an issue like this before.
Part 2- So today, my husband still did not have a phone. From Saturday the three charges of $320.00 was still pending. My husband believed that could no longer be with out a cell phone, so he paid for the lost cell phone via phone and went Spectrum on Jamaica Avenue. The customer representative at Jamaica Avenue stated that he did not pay for the phone. He informed the representative that it was paid via phone. We contacted customer service and the representative stated that the charge was still pending. We decided that there was too much drama with Spectrum when it pertained to cell phones, so we went to T-Mobile Metro, purchased two new phone and opened our account. There was no issue with the card being blocked or waiting for a pending charge. We received everything we need with no stress. Finally, after a week my husband has a cell phone. Now, we have to see out the four pending charges with Spectrum. Hopefully, Spectrum will improve in...
