Okay so let me share my story with you to make sure this company. Especially branches of Ocean Avenue and Coney island avenue don't ruin your business plans the way they ruined mine, I placed the order online for business cards and the order was passed to Ocean avenue store since it was closest, I placed order for same day pick up and paid everything and in an hour someone from the store calls me to ask if it is okay for me ti pick up the cards by Monday instead of Saturday (which is today) I repplied by explaining that I placed the order for same day pick up since I was in a rush and had to deliver business cards on SATURDAY, so they offered to fransfer the order to Coney Island store, I agreed. After 2 Hrs of no update I called Staples customer service myself and had them put me on hold for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes they told me the order would 100% be ready for today before store closes, I thanked them and hung up thinking everything was fine, since I didn't receive any updates from them again and it was 8PM already I decided to call Coney Island store now, after 20minutes someone picks up the phone I don't know who because they didn't say their name and this lady asks me my name to check the order status, I tell her my name and she puts me on hold for 15 minutes then comes back and asks me repeat the name after I repeat she says okay and leaves again for 5 minutes after which she comes back and tells me there's no such an order. I get confused I tell her I was promised cards today and also mentioned this order was passed from Ocean Avenue store, she tells me that "she is sorry but they were unable to print business cards and someone from Ocean Avenue had to call to let me know, I told her nobody has given me any updates and in fact staples marketing and printing department confirmed number of times that the order would be ready by today, if someone had given me heads up I'd transferred the order to another store because it was crucial to me to get it, this lady starts playing with me on the phone like I haven't had enough of their dissrespect lies and unprofessionalism already, at this point I'm about to flip out, I payed the money had them move my order between stores and never got any updates from them I LOST HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS because of their tricks and SHE HANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME, I've got no idea of what to do with my RUINED BUSINESS PLANS. MY MONEY, MY PATIENCE AND BUSINESS CARDS. If I even call right now I have no guarantee that someone that picks up the phone after 20 minutes will actually help me, at this point I'm thinking of forgetting that money and not even asking for refund just to avoid any interaction with staples and their customer service, THIS REVIEW SHOULD BE ENOUGH OF EXPLANATION FOR YOU TO WHY. YOU SHOULD EVEN PAY A BIT MORE TO GET A DECENT SERVICE, because if you choose staples YOUR BUSINESS...
Read moreWhen I have «Staples» reached today in the morning at 10:20. It is a partly sad sky for this day!! The entrance is not, when you get to the corner of the store, but rather, when you Turn to the right (coming along Coney Island from Avenue N), thus where the entrance and exit are permitted, indeed. I like the notebooks, that they have, and I purchased three today; for the service I needed to recycle a few cartridges of mine, and I did at the cashier’s, then having purchased another box of black ink for $51.99, mine is XL 62 for 5660 HP. In the third photo, you see me, holding the box with my cartridges; eventually, I have all taped tightly. He, only, asked, how many I have had today, as well as the question regarding account, but this all is for the good, and therefore for free, in the name of Earth. It is, simply, fundamentally, and solely upon a personal wish to recycle the cartridges at the locations of “Staples”, so called Good Will. Also, I like the journals and notebooks at “Century 21”, and when some location of it was not permanently closed at Bay Ridge, I loved seeing them, just like I do, when wandering around at this “Staples” store. Whatever they don’t have in-store or online — I order, as a matter of fact, from such the sellers, as “Ali Express”, “Ebay”, or “Amazon, I mean — “Staples”. Today, at the store, I saw, also, smart devices, e.g. “Echo” , laptops with Microsoft OS, iPads, Kindle Fires, computer mice, mechanical pencil sharpeners (mine is Bostitch), the cases of water bottles, and the rest. Hence, I spent $112...

I had the worst customer service experience. I went to buy DDR3 RAM cards for my laptop that were on a clearance. First the manager and the employee lied to me about not having any RAM cards at their store claiming that they never had any at their store and never sold RAM cards, then they magically find the package in their backroom, then they didn't even check that the package that they sold me was a open box that had DDR3 ram swapped out with a DDR2 ram card, and then they kept lying on top of their lies about not noticing the huge cut and replaced product! THEY OPENLY LIED TO ME AND SCAMMED ME.
ALSO TAKE A NOTE THAT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN (PROTECTION PLAN) THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT NOT HAVING THE ITEM!!!
IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE AN EXPENSIVE ELECTRONIC DEVICE OR OTHERWISE, TELL THEM YOU WANT PROTECTION PLAN AND THEN CHANGE YOUR MIND AT THE REGISTER OR AFTER YOU SEE THE PRODUCT BEING BROUGHT OUT.
To the Staples staff, I won't let you quietly slip away after you did something so extremely dirty and shady to me like today! I will be filing a...
