I came here twice. First time I got an haircut with a blowout. I loved how it turned out and she definitely listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. Came back here again a few months after for another haircut and blowout all my with eyelash extensions. Haircut was good just like before no complains. However my eyelash extensions came out horrible. I got a price quote for it to be around 50$ when I asked on the phone. When I arrived she said the 50$ ones are the two week ones and the one month one was over 100$ . I wish she had told me the difference before because I assumed the one month was 50$, wasn’t even aware there were two types. But it’s fine I told her I’ll get the 50$ ones if she believes they will last at least a week while I’m on my honeymoon, constantly being in the water. She said getting them wet in the water would not effect them and they will definitely last for a week or two. I was okay with that. I got them done on a Friday, the very next day I didn’t even do my skincare or shower yet, they started to fall off. By the second day I showered once making sure no oily products touched my eye area and it started to really come off in patches. I sent her a video and explained the situation. She blamed my “oily skin” although I know that wasn’t the issue. The application was poor and clumpy and uncomfortable. By the 3rd day , which was my first day at my honeymoon destination, my eyes looked soo ridiculous with soo many bald spots of missing lashes . I was really upset and she didn’t offer a refund just a reapplication for no charge. Which I would have to get after I come back from my honeymoon. I got them done in the first place for my honeymoon so the entire thing was useless to me. What upset me was they blamed my oily skin which they don’t even know I have or not. I won’t be going back here after that experience. Their haircut is great but I wouldn’t trust any other services from this place. Just to clarify I wasn’t expecting a full refund and it is great that they offered me a reapplication but if they made it super clumpy the first time I don’t see the point in going back.
