Nestled within the heart of the local culinary scene lies a gem revered by residents and visitors alike: the legendary Key Lime pie that commands queues and fervent devotion. As fervent aficionados of this cherished delicacy, locals exhibit a passion bordering on the fanatical, their allegiance unwavering in the face of any contender.
Intrigued by the fervor surrounding this iconic dessert, my fiancée, ordinarily indifferent to citrus-based confections, found herself unexpectedly swayed by the insistence of the locals. Our gracious host, sensing her hesitance, generously bestowed upon her a chocolate-dipped rendition of the famed Key Lime pie, an act that proved transformative. Witnessing her conversion firsthand, I couldn't help but marvel at the power of this humble dessert to transcend personal preferences and win over even the most skeptical of palates.
As for myself, a seasoned enthusiast of Key Lime pie, I found the original iteration a tad overpowering in its citrusy zest, while the crust erred on the side of rusticity. However, the prospect of a cocktail crafted from this signature delight holds undeniable allure, beckoning me to return and explore the innovative offerings that await.
While my journey with the traditional pie may have left me yearning for a milder rendition, the promise of dip-infused variations ensures that a return visit is imminent, driven by a curiosity to experience the full spectrum of flavors this beloved establishment...

Read moreI just can’t get enough of this place, it’s sooo damn good. I came to vacation here in New York once again after coming here once during wrestlemania 2019. I immediately came here during the cold raining storm drenched just wanting my key lime pie!!! TOTALLY WORTH IT! Everything tastes very high quality.
I just got everything on the menu . I don’t care how much it cost.
The chocolate is smooth, creamy and dark. It pairs really well with key lime pie. You can actually taste the graham cracker crust, I’m shocked because so many pies mask the flavor of the crust with their artificial sour tart lime filling. Not this pie!! And last but not least, the key lime filling is perfect. Not extremely Sour or tart, just right and creamy. With a hint of lime flavor.
Prior to our arrival, my sister was angry and upset that I made her walk with me to Steve’s during this crazy cold windy storm. Her mood changed once she tried the pie. Saved me the stress of having to deal with it.
Ugh I’m leaving today morning back to LA. I’ll miss this place very much. I wish there was a Steve’s in Los Angeles. My trips to NY are not compete without a key lime...
