I've been to this park multiple times, it's decent in size but spacious clean and very empty at most times. There's plenty of green space and places to sit. It is accessible by bus, ferry, and is a great location for bicycling.
There are no public restrooms as far I as I am aware, however the Ikea next to it allows guests to use their restrooms if requested. The park holds a few historical landmarks as it use to serve as a shipyard.
