The Home Depot — Attraction in New York

There is only one level that you can do your shopping so there is no need for a wheelchair accessible elevator. The staff is often rude and talks down to you. They actually stopped and searched my son thinking he stole a light bulb when we brought our old burnt out bulb with us to make sure we get the right bulb for that socket. And as we were leaving they stopped us and asked my son what's in his pockets, I was still paying as he was leaving so I didn't see it happen, but if I were there right next to him, it certainly wouldn't have gone down that way. After my son telling me this I got that employee's name and went straight to the manager who did not even give him a verbal reprimand and as I was walking away I heard the 2 of them chuckling. I'd rather do my shopping at Lowe's which is directly next door. I refuse to step back into that particular Home Depot again. It's dirty and grimey looking inside to boot, they have never renovated the place since they bought out the previous hardware store about 18 or 19 years ago that was there for decades! I order window Ac from this store 9 July 2020, and paid $35 extra for express delivery. They suppose to deliver me that weekend Saturday from 6 Am to 8 pm. Around 7 PM I called their customer service that im worried didn't get product. They lady confirm me it was out for delivery on the driver side. Around 7.30 PM Received a email from home depot my product was delivered. Funny thing on their shipping email mentioned driver suppose to call me 30 minutes prior to delivery, I didn't get any call or neither my product. Following Sunday call store, their is employee named Herold from appliance received call and provide me delivery company number and tell me to call. That day they were closed. I feel im in trap losing money. Following day I call corporate no one at the store willing to help me and ignore my call. From corporate on lady told me to call my bank and dispute the charge. horrible service, last month I walk in and ask a representative to help me make a business credit card. She made fun of my name she said "Jesus why is his name so long" and than started to laugh. She gave me a paper and said I can use this as a temporary card so I did. when I got my card in the mail it was a consumer credit card. I called so they can rectify their mistake but instead Home Depot representative is not qualified to understand English. I explained it 3 times and she still couldn't understand so I asked her if she can give it to someone else who can understand English. she ask me to wait and transferred me.... after 3 minutes I had to start from beginning. she never transferred me to anyone I ended up waiting again.
