See I love their clothes and accessories. The price breaks are astounding. However, I do not see enough white supervisors although I am black. There's an order that's not being met. I believe if there were more white Management in place there wouldn't be so many lines and I would be able to at will. I haven't shopped there in about 3 years because I can't get through because of my handicaps. I am a business owner and I can't spend no more than 5 minutes in anybody's store. The wait is about 20 minutes or more. Just one serious white man is needed to run things smoothly. Prayers for my business and I'll pray for yours. I miss white Management because they may not like the black population but business was always business with them. They always resolved my issues properly with respect and dignity. I'm not racist just concerned that society needs him. I need him back. I've been in professional businesses since 11 years old as an orphan now adult. I know business! Not having his mindset station in Brooklyn is tearing the city down. Please forgive my opinion but my kind has beaten me to the point of no return. End Affirmative Action we have enough trouble store training doesn't work for our kind. It's just a daily job for these people.. This message is for Brooklyn. I would not post this if I didn't know better business. I have money to spend and no time to waste. No more Indians trying to be chief because they are not diplomatic. Yes Black managers cause the most pain in the industry of retail and produce. Even the Hispanic nation is causing pain in the industry with their disrespect for American human life. Remember I am out as a guide and will only report to you my personal experiences because I cover 100 percent of major business sectors worldwide especially here in NYS. Upon hiring remember me I represent good dollars and proper management. If I offended you I can't apologize until I see lines moving and customers happy again including myself. You have to spend money to make money. If not businesses will be cut in half. Haven't had on of their gorgeous dresses Primark carries in over 3'years based on lines alone. I believe most White managers don't like to click up publicly and physically against their customers. There's an high increase of these activities throughout Brooklyn. If I keep crying out to God because of the danger while shopping there won't be hope left. Bring...
Read moreThe prices are good. However, customer service and their exchange policy is AWFUL! I've been in the store a few times and have seen items I wanted to purchase but as soon as I get to the line, I choose to walk away because it's always long and moves slowly. I've never been in there and experienced a reasonable line. What's more, the cashiers are often casually chatting with each other, expressing no urgency to move the line along. Even if they're moving at lightning speed (which they're not), I want to see employees focused on the task at hand - not on opinions about movies, dates, or anything else they feel like talking about while ten people are waiting for service. That was my experience today - two long lines moving at a snail's pace with cashiers talking to each other. It's not the first time I've witnessed this. I withstood it today because I'm traveling in a week and really wanted the items I had. Under usual circumstances, I would have left. This enterprise could certainly benefit from an express line or from having roving cashiers as I seen done at other stores like Nordstrom Rack or Century 21. Now to the return policy. I have an issue with stores that don't do exchanges without a receipt. It's simply bad business. Once I have an item from the store without a sensor on it, and I don't have a record of having made several returns, then the store should exchange for the same item or for current selling price if I want a different item. Primark does not do this. For this reason, I avoid shopping there as much as I can. Stores with more liberal policies will always get my money, even if I have to spend a bit more to be treated...
