Bath & Body Works — Local services in New York

This is the second time I made an online purchase for pickup in this store and they made a mistake. Either these employees are just not paying attention or they're incompetent. The first purchase included a travel size "saltwater breeze" and instead they gave me "at the beach". Then with my most recent purchase I used some coupons I received and one was for a free wallflower refill which was missing from my order. I waited 15 mins at the pickup counter for two employees and a manager to solve this simple issue even after I showed them my confirmation email as proof of purchase when they kept telling me they couldn't find it in their system . I had to ask one of the employees twice about what was taking the other employee and manager so long before I actually received my wallflower refill. As one of them handed me my refill she said "sorry for the wait but they were busy with other tasks." So I guess my issue wasn't deserving or urgent enough for them to care. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!! I will not be shopping at this particular store...

This store is a ray of sunshine! There were measures in place. Marked areas to socially distance and line up to get some hand sanitizer from the first sales associate. The second sales associate complimented me on my dress and we were chatting. I loved how they were really happy and joyous about connecting. Then I looked for the hand sanitizer section and THANK GOD THEY HAD EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! I grabbed up 10 hand sanitizers (Noir for men, in this case my fiancé) in the bag I chose from the front and while on line picked up a lovely hand creame (Into the Night). I was able to quickly check out too. If I need to restock on hand sanitizers for our essential jobs, definitely will travel from Queens to Brooklyn again to this location. Everything...
